Not burst a bubble but Time Lord isn't that great, only for the simple fact that it isn't perma and I think it takes like 8 days so you can use it for 2 hours. I heard in i13 beta it was perma, they really should have kept it that way.

Sorry, failed to burst my bubble. It's a perfectly good accolade and certainly if you build up patrol XP between play sessions, it works fine.
The kind of players who play the same character for hours at a time and don't let them recharge between missions are not the kind of players who need help making cheap permadom.
Can't disagree with you there, I was kinda let down because the way it was hyped up I thought it was perma and the way I played my first permadom it could have lasted 4 hours and still wouldn't have been enough time.

It's defenitely not perma. What sucks is you could log off your character for a month and only get a few measly hours of gameplay with it. Seriously not worth it.
