Well I've been annexed to the dUmb side, so I might as well check out what is in this not a dUmb thread. I'm not going to read from the beginning so if anyone wants to give me a synopsis that'd be cool, if not, meh.
Hmm, if I wanted to get my butt handed to me in PvP what type of builds should I use to slow the effect? The most I've ever PvPed is oddly with my Ice/Ice def, I became a favorite target real quick.

fire, ice and WP tanks/brutes tend to live longest buildwise, but are no substitute for experience.

I don't actually have an arc like that. But Vampyri Capsules used to give XP/inf/tickets and now they don't. Surgeons still do, I'm assuming.

large groups of surgeons, while no risk would be a pain to kill if you can't mez or 1 shot them.
