I've been spending the past three days beating The Darkness and Devil May Cry 4. DMC4 was a blast.
I bought a Wii Fit for my mother and she has used it every single day since May...yeah good luck finding one since people are buying Wiis just so they can buy Wii Fits.

I KNOW! Ugh. I live in a *very* small town with like one Future Shop, a Walmart, a Zellers and a Superstore that sell electronics. That's *it* And they sell out in NO TIME...like the day they come in. And with Nintendo's sketchy shipping schedule from Richmond, the managers have no clue as to when they'll be getting more at any given time. (The electronics manager at the Superstore was beyond helpful) Mabe today I'll take a peek since we're going grocery shopping.

I'm still alive too. My bathroom light switch shorted out on me...scared me to death. Well not quite death anyway. the electrical guy came yesterday to fix it. So I have power in that half of the apartment again. He was only in there for about 5 minutes so i dunno that i trust everything is in working order. My back gets sore too. I stretch, touch my toes roll around on the floor, couple push ups and crunches that kind of stuff it keeps me from getting too sore when i've been playing for a little too long. I also do some swim strokes. Doing that for 5 minutes every hour or so can do a lot for your body. All that said upperback problems i've not heard of from sitting at the computer normally lumbar. Get well soon and i hope the chiro has some good news for you. Make sure he gives you a sucker after and if he doesn't call the BBB on his butt.

It's not from sitting at the computer lol It's from other things. Just sitting at the computer makes it hurt worse.

I bought an exercise bike and ride it while I play Xbox. I can now ride for ten minutes straight without a visit from the defibrillator.
I read books while walking on the treadmill! I used to read books while walking outside but found myself smacking into trees. If that happens on the treadmill, I'm doing things all wrong.

Wait a second I LIVE in that town... Chatham, Ontario. It's 1975 everyday here, or at least the crack heads down my street would have me believe... if I hear anymore ****kicker music, I'm gonna tip over a cow! ...Guess you don't want to know that Wii Fit is the only Wii anything that stays in stock in my town. Granted its usually only one or two per store that stay on the shelves for any period of time. Finding a Wii is the problem I have in general 10 Blockbusters, 5 Walmarts, 7 Super Targets, 4 KMarts, 12 Gamestops/EB Games, 2 Toys R' Us, and we can't keep a Wii in stock on any given day long enough to see it in the paper before they're gone.

Imma gonna call Wally world today to see if they have it...then Zellers. Girl and I have play therapy today. *notes to take ibuprophen beforehand because the chair they pick is real not nice on the back* Send the man on some errand with the boy while I drink pretend tea and pretend crumpets with the girl...(I do that anyway but I have no idea how this is supposed to help her but I'm willing to give it a go)

Love my Wii Fit. They are pretty hard to find. Got mine at Frys when a friend received a call from one of the sales people that they were on the shelf. Lots of fun, I am hooked on the ski jump and the stair step game. I completely suck at riding the rapids on that tube 
Love the yoga as well just wish I were more like a pretzel heh

I am embarrassed to admit I workout using DDR on my Wii. It's not a pretty sight. Haven't tried the WiiFit yet but if there's river rafting I might have to break it out today. (I picked mine up at Costco but it was bundled with a bunch of stuff.)

Don't feel bad, I <3 DDR. I have most of the games and like to play random songs on heavy till I drop. 
It's a good cardio workout thats for sure.

Haven't been very active either here or in game, my upper back has been murdering me and even sitting in a computer chair for 10 minutes makes it hurt even worse. So I've been lazing in front of the TV Playing Final Fantasy 12 while semi-surfing on my EEE (which hates this forums software hence why I haven't posted)
Today I get evaluated by a chiro, then I gotta either spring for wii fit (if I can find it, and my much preferred method of getting some activity) or a gym membership (Oh joy..looks of distain from active military members...NOT)
So send some healing vibes...I wanna get back into CoH...(and try to save up for more arts)
