This happened a few months ago, and I forgot to post it.
So I meet this guy Raith who just so happens to have an affinity for scrappers, same as me. We always met up at odd hours, I never figured out why until he tells me he lives in Australia, go figure.
Anyways, in casual conversation, Raith asks, "Ever have your character Desmodas Siazar rendered?" After a good laugh and some show in tell, he tells me he likes to draw. Said he wanted my permission to draw Desmodas together with his favorite scrapper. Raith liked the way Desmodas looked in the witch costume.
....like I was gonna turn down free art.
Turns out, Raith is pretty good.
Best part is, recently spoke to Raith and turns out he got some new equipment. Says he wants to redo the image

So like...I'm not playing much CoH at the moment. Been needing a break, kind of burnt out on CoH.
I've been playing Aion for the last month and I'm really loving the game. Why do any of you care...well you probably don't but I wanted to express two things:
- 1) I'm keeping up my CoH sub for a number of reasons but a major one is lurking about these are forums
, - and 2)...I've still go a lot of Desmodas art in the pipeline
Speaking of which, I got this package deal from DarkVanessa over on deviantArt. I can't even give you a link to her DA page because I think it will violate our forums rules...but if you were to stumble across a link on my deviantArt page...you might find a link. As a result, I almost didn't post this pic, but I think it's ok.

)So my request to Vanessa was to not only capture how beautiful Desmodas is but also how fierce and deadly she could be. This was NOT but what I had in mind...but I kind of liked it. Gonna have to chose my words more carefully in the future...none the less this will likely end up one of my favorites.
For the final DarkVaness piece in the package, I told her to just do a classic pin up. I'm but terrified and eagerly anticipating to see what she comes up with.

This should be the last of the DarkVanessa artworks. I basically requested it be a classic pin up pose and this is what she came up with. I really like DarkVanessa's style though I can't make up my mind if she gets the concept of incidental beauty. Looks damned sexy though.

I've got darkvanessa on my dA watch - even her tamest pieces are quite saucy Not that that's a bad thing.... Been tempted to jump on one of her commission deals myself but I'm a bit afraid of what she'd do to my poor sweet innocent Fenian....

Word of advice; DarkVanessa's artwork speaks for it's self. Her prices are quite reasonable for art of this quality. Her pace, on the other hand, is considerably slower than average. Seriously, she's REALLY slow. If you have the patience, I would recommend working with her. If you're hoping to get the artwork with in 2 months, I would not.
