The rosters in the first post of that thread aren't accurate. I had to put together the updated rosters from a few different threads and pm's, and several people had mentioned that it would be easier to keep track of rosters if we had a separate roster thread vs the thread that we use for scheduling matches and listing rankings. I was trying to be considerate to both the mods (since we don't want to have to bother them to edit the OP for every roster change) and to the people that don't PvP when I asked for this to be marked to save instead of being stickied. I'm sorry if that wasn't good enough.

Oh, I didn't realize that this thread was different, I saw like five of six words matched and thought they were the same thread. Honestly, I don't care if you stickied it or saved it for non deletion.
So is this like a team PvP ladder or something how does it work?
I'm sorry if I sounded a bit defensive.
It's a team Pentad ladder (modified Pentad, I guess, technically). You form or join a team and schedule matches with other teams in order to climb the ladder. (The complete rules and scheduling info is in the OP of that thread to which you linked.)
If you're feeling some burnout from PvE, this is a great way to try some PvP. If you want to be competitive with the upper teams on the ladder, then yes, that means spec'ing a toon out with PvP in mind. But if you're just wanting to try out some casual PvP, then there are some other ladder teams that aren't as SRS BSNS. If you haven't done much PvP and are curious, I'd suggest joining this...or at least come out for kickball a time or two.

*note: One of the cornerstones of our team, which was a really great addition I must say, Stryker, may be leaving our team soon as her pinnacle sg will be making there way to infinity to participate in the ladder, when we reach that point in time, Queen Violet has agreed to take her spot, so can we add her officially at that time, or does she need to make the 2 week eligibility when Stryker eventually rejoins her sg?
You can remove team Just for Fun. At this point we may attempt to practice every once in a while with other teams but as the name suggested it would be difficult for us to have matches with a full team and I should never be put in a leading type role, me + leading = does not compute.
We'll try to get this marked so it does not get deleted. If you make a roster change, simply copy the whole list, add/remove globals from your team, and note changes (as is adding X player) and availability dates at the bottom. Here are the current rosters as far as I know:

Please keep up with your rosters and make any necessary changes. (Emp, I'm assuming you listed Bug's and r0y's accounts independently in order to make them eligible to all be played in the same match. If I'm mistaken, you can correct that.)
Unless I'm mistaken, lastol and Strong have both expressed interest in joining. Both has experience in arena PvP, so start recuiting (or start selling yourselves to those not at the roster max of 10, guys). GL HF! <3's!!!
