I found this for parsing the XML in PHP. I'm having problems with the character encoding, however that is a discussion for another forum.

OOoooooOooo!!!

I think we just figured out how to AUTOMATE the Virtueverse Game News feature. We'll just pull the last two RSS/Atom summaries.

I updated Lighthouse's original posts to reflect the correct address, thank you for bringing this to our attention.

With our move to the new forums updating a few links here and there is going to be necessary so please do let us know when we have a dead link or 404 error.

Not sure if this is the place, but it IS a link error. The links from the PlayNC account pages that link to the Veteran Rewards page, and the month-specific pages don't work anymore since moving to the new webpages.

Any word on getting RSS feeds for the Developer and Community Digests? I've tried using Feed43 to set up an RSS for the board topics that interest me, but it's been a complete no-go so far.

Thoughts?

Edit: Managed to trim the URL down and make it work in Feed43, now it just a matter of setting a proper search pattern. But, I suddenly feel quite lazy. It sure would be nice if there was an official link on the boards for RSS subscriptions....

The people at dotfour.net have cobbled together an RSS feed for the developer and community digests, subscribe to it here:
http://www.dotfour.net/coh/rss

We're going to be changing forums soon, I hope the devs manage to put in some official rss feeds for those digests.

My arcs are constantly shifting, just search for GadgetDon for the latest.

Great question, with us in the process of moving to new software, development for this current software is not likely to occur.

RSS for the Dev & Community Digest would be a wonderful feature for us to have on our Official Message Board. We will make sure and send that request to our Web Development Team to include as a feature request.

Thanks Ex! That would be great.

But, since I enjoy asking for the impossible... what about an RSS link that would generate for each topic or thread on the boards? So you could subscribe to topics and posts that interest you?

I think that is handled by vBulletin itself, if I remember correctly.

I'd like this... it should work well with my new G13.

Ex, I'd still love to see some "applets" though... hint hint.
