So cool, finally got one of my characters in the paper - Kosuki Sasaki, who won one of the cc's at the Teen Bash in Galaxy.

Now, I need to ask, what's up with all the hype over being first after a redname in these threads?

To let everyone know:

We are currently working on the submission guidelines and will be including them with all future Scoops after completed.

Having said that, We have a two week lead time except for NCNC articles. That would mean anything submitted after April 14th-17th would appear in May 2nd's Scoop. A few exceptions may be made, but only on a case per case basis.
