Been something like um, almost 15 years for me. maybe I'm overexaggerating though, and I want to get back into it too, I just don't know where to start.

You're not the only one, I finally got around to bothering to set up my dA account as well. So, welcome for us both. 
If you haven't already, there's a community of various of us here on the boards ripe for the joining, and I'm sure an awful lot of us are happy to help you get back into drawing.
Yeah I got one so I could look at NSFW arts...but now, I have some stuffs on it. I think I'll buy a subscription once I start sculpting (My sitter forgot my wires..

Friend, watch, same difference, I believe. So that's all good and gravy.
I cant even see anyone ive watched though. Some people have a list that says friends with those people in it, and a box to the other side saying who is watching them, and who they are watching. So Im not quite sure its the same. I cant figure out how to see who im watching, or to make that little friends list come up.

The people you click on for +watch this deviant will come up in a big long list with several tick-boxes. "Friends" is one of the automatically added clicks, while "scraps" is left blank (and I always click to watch scraps - but then again their submission policies and areas are now so difficult to figure out how to submit a scrap I don't know why theyv'e even got it there).
When you click "manage my friends" this list will come up.

Nothing there yet though. I had some bad experiances in the past, and for several years I have totally quit drawing. Well, I think I am ready to get back into it!
