Thanks Ex...all booked! 
FYI for those who will be staying at the Courtyard Marriott Silicon Valley, the reservation desk informed me that the group code is only NCSoft ...don't need to say "City of Heroes" part. 
UPDATE: Just got my confirmation e-mail and the group code is indeed under NC SOFT.

I'm booking my flight later this afternoon into San Jose. I'll try and book my hotel either tonight or this weekend.
Are we going to all try and stay at the same hotel if we're coming in from out of town? I ask because, you know, After Party and all that....and don't give me that look Manoa! You already know how I roll

Luckily for me, D&B Milpitas is about 15 minutes away from my home. See you all there.

Had this been not on a work day, I'd have been delighted to drive down (from Southern Oregon) for it. But as it stands, I'd arrive late and burned out from a too-fast drive at the dog-end of the work week.

It really sucks that you can't make it and completely understand...heck, I know a couple players in Sacramento who are in the same boat for the same reason. However, Lighthouse already addressed this in the other thread (in direct response to one of your posts I might add).
BAM! Marriott room reserved. Thanks for the help Ex! As long as there are no problems on the drive up <knocks on wood> we (I + 4 more in my tiny little Matrix) should be there!
I have to wait for Pantsy.
We were very disheartened that we couldn't get a Saturday venue, but going into the holiday season with all sorts of contenders for party locations we chose our second most favorable window.
I am mostly bummed because we had slated a visit from The Defuser! He has promised me that he will catch up with us at another event though, so I know we haven't seen the last of him.

City of Heroes & City of Villains Player Meet & Greet for the San Jose, CA. area is coming up on Friday November 30th. To prepare for your safety and arrival we have secured some courtesy blocks at some of the Hotels near Dave & Busters in Milpitas, CA.
