Welcome one and all to this intricate guide to commands. This should help anyone trying to create anything from a simple bind or macro to making full use of your G15 keyboard and my G15 Master Guide .

Commands take on several forms, and with introduction of City of Villains, specifically Masterminds, macros and binds, for many, have become a second language for the near necessity of micro managing pets. This guide simply breaks down commands by category followed by an alphabetical list of all commands.

Lets begin…

Here is a list of the sections that will follow:

COMMUNICATION COMMANDS

CHANNEL COMMUNICATIONS COMMANDS

SUPERGROUP COMMANDS

PET COMMANDS

GAMEPLAY COMMANDS

MISCELLANEOUS COMMANDS

ALPHABETICAL LISTING OF COMMANDS

BONUS:LIST OF EMOTES

PET COMMANDS

This applies more to the Mastermind AT than other AT with pets (i.e. controllers). This commands are useful in Recluse’s Victory to control the Heavies/Spiders.

The special thing about these commands is that you can use the first 3 letters of the power or pet name for the command. This truncated system allows for an easier setup than having to spell out “Zombie Horde”, for example, every time you make a command.

Be careful though, when a pet name is truncated, the order given will go to all pets that have the letters specified in their name.

Petcom

petcom <COMMAND>: Sends command to your selected pet
petcom_all <COMMAND>: Sends command to all pets
petcom_name <COMMAND>: Sends command to named pets
petcom_pow <COMMAND>: Sends command to pets summoned by named power

Petsay

petsay <MESSAGE>: Selected pet says the message.
petsay_all <MESSAGE>: All pets say the message
petsay_name <MESSAGE>: Named pet says message
petsay_pow <MESSAGE>: Pets summoned by named power says the message

Pet Emotes

Using the emote command after any of the petsay commands will make your pets execute the emote. To do this, you must use the <> symbols containing the emote command.
For example: petsay_all <emote laptop> will make all your pets type on a laptop.

If you do not use the <> after the petsay command then your pets will actually say “emote laptop” instead of doing the animation.

Naming your pet

petrename <NAME> : rename your selected pet
petrename_name <NAME>: Rename the named pet

Targeting your pet

pet_select <INTERGER>: Selects a pet from the list, starting with 0 at the top
pet_select_name <PET NAME>: selects the named pet

Stances

agg or aggressive: attack everything in sight.
def or defensive: retaliate to damage taken by the Player or other pets of the same player (also activates the bodyguard feature when also set to follow)
pass or passive: will not attack unless specifically told to

Actions

att or attack: Attacks the player's currently selected target, regardless of Stance. Will default back to Follow after target has been defeated.
fol or follow: Follow the player. Stance still applies.
Stay: Will move short distances if in Aggressive and Defensive mode.
Goto: Gives the player a targeting reticule. Pets continuously attempt to goto the location the player selects. Similar rules to Stay.
Dismiss: Unsummons pets (may be used individually or use _all to dismiss all pets)

Nice guide. It's spelled "concise," though...

Great guide learned a lot from it. Thanks for all of your other guides too (just got a G15 keyboard so I've read more than one).

Oh and bump as well....

Excellent Job!

Between this and the G-15 thread, maybe I can get this oversized paperweight to do more than glow that pretty blue color.

Thank you for putting this list together!

Great...

<.< forgot the "targetcustom...." commands though. Things like /targetcustomnext notmypet (for finding those hidden glowies... not to mention odd things like random doors.)

Not sure if we have a list of those or not. I know some Warshades use... think it's /targetcustomnext defeated... to find bodies. Not sure of all the parameters, though.

Faved the thread.

(And yeah. G15 user here, too, though I use the heck out of some of the keys - unfortunately my applet switching key seems to not be behaving.)

I came across a strange one today.
I tried to put the emote stunned (from the others sectgion), but all I get is the statement. No 'Stunned' stance...
The macro is </macro egg "say too much eggnog...$$ emote Stunned">
It works with emote point, emote sit, and others... what am I doing wrong?

I have a question:

How do I save the text from my "Rewards" tab?

I tried the /copychat command you have a bunch of ways and can't seem to log my "rewards" chat. Please help.

Nice list overall.

I had to learn the hard way earlier though, powexectray, it uses <slot> <tray> and not <tray> <slot> arguments for some freaky reason.

"I think you're confused. This is /b, not /b/."

Thank you! I've had my G15 for a while, and couldn't figure out how to make the function keys work. This guide helped get me going. I already have two "universals" programmed in, and look forward to more.

ok - stupid question i know BUUUUT --- i used to have (in my speach bubbles) text, backroundcolor and bordercolor all different---and it worked like this: <color blue><bgcolor red><border green> .... recently played that char after MANY moons and a free issue update or 2 or 3 or........anyway long story short the color commands no longer work and i simply cannot find new ones anywhere...any help ? // TYIA !

That has never worked for me.

There doesn't seem to be an emote called "stunned" so that could be the problem. It's not on Mantid's list either.

Don't know off hand if /em Stunned worked or not, but if it does, I would guess it sets off the same emote as SlapReact

My list is far from complete when it comes to all the different names you can use to trigger an emote.

If you didn't see it yet, the chat color bind thread talks about that breaking and changing.
