Why does my Nanny program rate this as Adult/Porngraphy?

because it's on Deviantart. Most places block that site because you can access some adult oriented pictures on it.
Oh... I hate my (parent's) Nanny Program, why can't it judge according to individual content instead of site.... 
I am blocked from Youtube, Myspace and almost every other good site.

Welcome to your new babysitter.... where instead of learning how the program works, the parents leave all the defaults ON, thereby crippling the use of the computer to anyone other than a five-year-old, as well as leaving it extremely vulnerable to pretty much anyone willing to read the documentation and/or do a Google search.
Wink wink, nudge nudge, as it were.
(often these filters work on 'whitelists', not blacklists. A blacklist is a deny list - thou shalt not go to these places. A whitelist is an ALLOW list... thou shalt ONLY go to these places. Guess which is more restrictive.)

You've been playing this game for over three years and you still have a Nanny Filter?? 
That is good art! I have to say that if they ever do Duel Blades as a powerset I'll have to delete my level 50 Katana Scrapper (Lancer) and remake him as a Duel Blade (which what is orignally he intended to be) That would Rock, I'd have to get to level 50 again with him but I would have duel blades so I would NOT CARE!
Well only if the blades did not look cool then maybe I'll just keep him the way he is...

War Witch's powersets as a Blaster were Ice/Fire, as written by Rick Dakan and drawn by Brandon McKinney in the original Blue King comic books. I wanted to keep the elemental nature of her powers, but give them a little boost, melee-wise.
She'd look like a dual wielding Jedi with red and blue lightsabers in combat. How cool would that be?
