Very few costumes come out looking "really good" with just two colors.
You have to have some touches of a third and even 4th color to make a costume that really stands out.
That being said, here is something I threw together. I had to go with the blonde hair because
A) I dont think the black hair looks good with all the black
and
B) White hair is overused.
My version
I like that version, nice one Crown.
(looks at ShyGuy's power choices) I'm thinking "overused" isn't an issue here. 
Angelic top with assassin bottom is pretty hot. With that name, you've got to do something with your eyes, too. Maybe along these lines? Most of the time you'll be stalked out though, probably looking more like this.
If you can lose the 'shy' hair you might try black skin and bald with something bright around the eyes. That way, when you're hidden, it will be hard to see anything other than the glowing eyes. Muuuhahahahaa!

Over on CoHGuru forums, when Civil War hit and everyone was getting snazzy little banners for their sigs, I asked for "something hot". That's what I got.
Well, I am of the opinion you don't need to show skin to be hot. I had many ideas, but I agree with Crown, in that it is difficult to create a costume with much distinction without throwing in a few colors to add contrast or emphasis.
Here is one I had fun with, though the only colors are the built in iridescence of the insect armor, the red in the skull's eyes, and gunmetal blue chains.
Stalkers, making you wonder why you even made a costume.
I believe looking sinister is hawt >_>

This is by far the best one I've seen, tyvm. I will be changing my current costume after I reach 20 and get my next costume slot.

It's really funny you should mention that. Just a couple days ago, my cat, for the first time in his 3 year long life took an interest in a lit candle. His whiskers are singed now. All curly around the ends.
Heres two of my female heroines, neither one has the shy hair style but thats easy to change.

You certainly don't - especially in CoX. But it does help.
Ok... So I just recently made my first Girl toon, When Looks Can Kill, and want to her look sexy. I like the "Shy" hair and i want her to be just black/white in color. Please post pictures if you would like or provide any other type of imput that you want. Thanks in advance!
