That's something I would really like to see to.
Alex's sketches are so nice they deserve to be completed.
Of course they really stand out for themselves as simple sketches, but the number there is make it the perfect start for a player characters collection.
(We could also put them on trading cards 
)
ddgryphon, Kitty Cool is already on the to do list, the sketch seems simple to ink and can be done quick.
The hawk will be more tricky for me, I don't feel the wings yet but it will come in its own time I guess.
Digsite is inked.
I have exagerated a lot on this one. The lines are more irregular in width than usual and there is absolutely no smooth curve.
I think Digsite looks good like that and I hope I don't deserve Alex's sketch by doing so.

Also, I have added to my DA account two new deviations showing the different stages of Spino and BAS, from initial sketch, to inks and to colours, because Alex and Cassandra are really great and deserve exposure.

I colored Kitty Kool earlier since there was a color reference left.
Spin suggested in a PM I do a "Color a Day" thread...I'm considering it but still trying to figure out the best way to get the color references of the stuff he's inking

its going to be difficult sometimes to get color references, since Alex gets the original reference....
Maybe post a list of them that you would like to do, and have the owner of the character step forward to give you the references again.

...agreed. if you do do this...and you need the oroginal ref pic just ask for it in your thread. assuming it is one of the regulars I suspect you would have the ref piece inside of a day...some of us practically live here. hell I have a cot in the back....
in general...it would definately be cool to see happen just remember to only do what you want to do and that you are not required to do a durn thing. although I am sure you already knew this just thought I would put it out there anyways. ~

You have done an awesome job! I hate to sound like I am copying...but I have been working on doing the same thing. Since I don't have any art software (besides paint and an MS photo program), I have been printing them out in blue lines, inking them, and I was hoping to scan them back in as black & white.
Needless to say, inking a day hasn't been my cup o' tea with the procedure. *sigh* Man...I am so slow...

I think if you want to browes through all the pages of Alex's Sketch a day topic, you should get a bunch of reference pictures.

Don't hesitate to post your inks, if you do they traditionaly with pens, markers and whatnot, they most certainly be very different from mines and it will be great to see different works on the same initial sketches.

Spino, I think your inks are looking really good so far. I would love to see some of the Alex sketches inked that he's done for me. Are you just going thru his sketches randomly?
And Greymist, I really like that coloring you did for Baby Tank. This is turning into one interesting thread with all the colored sketches turning up.
Hey Alex, there's already plenty of your sketches to choose from, and some of them seem really hard for me to ink now (like Sythias or others very detailed sketches)
