Oh i know he is good, but it doesn't seem like a skill that would ever be put to use. I mean... if he wants to go pro it's not like he is gunna have to draw in paint =). He definitly got talent, but.... I think i would rather see it drawn on paper or something =).

See that's one of my problems. Without a photo reference, how do you 'know' where to put down the lights and shadows and all the reflections and crap? I mean ugh! I know I know it comes with experience and I don't have that experience yet but STILL... good golly!

OK ok ok
I'll go ahead and sum it up for ya.
1. Tablets arent that easy to use lol. Using one is a skill of its own beyond basic drawing skills.
2. If he can do THAT in Paint, then god knows what he could do with a real program.
3. Its not always whats at face value. Yes, he is showing you an interesting thing, but you must go beyond that. Realize that the person who made this video is an artistic genius, not necessarily for that, but for something else I am sure.
