Well, not to put too fine a point on it, "compleat" is an entirely different word from "complete" and, despite being a homophone (a word that sounds like another word but is spelled differently, such as "to," "two" and "too"), has an entirely different meaning.
"Compleat" means "accomplished." Probably the most famous use of the word is in the book The Compleat Angler, one of the most enduring works ever written. (It was first published more than 350 years ago, just after Shakespeare's time, just to give you an idea of how popular it's been.)
I assume you know what "bocks" are. Some people drink them with fish; some, like fish.
