I vote for looking straight ahead, perhaps smirking or something. If she's looking back, it would shift the focus from her a little, no?
Now I haven't thought about a smirk while look ahead....that would work wonderfully! I was leaning towards looking behind but that gives a sense of she's struggling versus it's a second nature thing. I like that skiddly, going to go with da smirk.

Foreshortening was my first impression as well. I think you're great from the shoulders foreward, but the waist, legs and left forearm could all be a tad thinner.

Thin! Thin! Thin! It's people like you that start eating disorders... I keed Yeah I always forget about how comic book characters need to be in extreme proportions though....juggy and several others have made comments about that on my pics before.
Probably has something to do with me not finding extremely thin women to be that attractive....but that's another topic.
Ok, I still can't believe that I drew this!! Here's the pencils for Crimson Storm. Critiques are still welcome. I think I thinned her out a bit since there were quite a few that commented on that. Any other problems y'all see can be fixed once I take it to Photoshop to ink. Anywayz, there ya go!

As much as I love compliments I want some suggestions to improve on this piece. Thanx guys....off to lunch.

The position of her clothes seems odd and you might want to tweak her right shoulder a bit.
It's looking good, but I think and I guessing you do too that it can be betterer!
Okay here's some suggestions:
her boobs are bit off they could be a little more level
her lower body perspective is different from her top, both knees like that gives her a kneeling feel, have one leg, her right, go straight back.
find some reference for her nose, I think you can give her a cuter nose!
Just some thoughts! As Disney would say, plus it, and then plus it some more!
Cool thanx guys I think I know what I can do to fix those. As for her right shoulder how do you suggest fixing that. I had some problems with that one....also with the band on that same arm. I don't think the band is in perspective. Should you just not be able to see that at all maybe?

I tried to take some of the advice y'all gave me and change the pic accordingly. It's still in mid-ink phase so any other advice is still welcome.

Anyone else having problems with this loading? Was trying to send it to a friend earlier and it was taking forever to show the image. I may have to reload it I guess...
I think Image Shack has been having server issues the past few days. My own pics have been loading slowly for me. A few refreshes seem to help.
