A guy arguing with someone for hitting on his sister?

My characters Dealus and Technikolour are twin siblings, psychically linked and can hear each-other's thoughts and emotions. That can be run with in any direction.

Tech is quiet and sweet but a little flakey. She's a kinetics/archery defender who manipulates spiritual and magical energy. Her bow and arrows are also made of energy (she calls it her "Aurabow").

D is pretty much captain angstpants and is a little bit skitzophrenic. He's a katana/regen scrapper, trained from about the age of 5 in martial arts and given self-healing powers through Oranbegan magic... a side-effect of having an evil Circle of Thorns spirit stuck in his head.

Situation... well, OK, cheating a bit here since a friend and I used to RP something about this at one time...

Hero goes out, saves the world, looks brave and fearless for the press - and withers under a glare from his wife, because dinner's cold now AND he forgot to bring the rolls home. Again.

I'll have to see who I have, character wise, that fits the team thing.

Edit: how could I have forgotten...
Alex and Erin snow - brother and sister, alex MA/SR, Erin Emp/Psi.
Of course, have to add mom, a Peacebringer at that point...
Erin was born with her powers, Alex (out of jealousy) trained himself to fight. Alex is always trying to learn everything, know as much as he can, really push himself. Erin's the emotional, kind one. (Yeah, not much backstory, but...)

How about a pic like "Dogs Playing Poker". The hereoes, ie: MarDun included around a table playing poker in that classic scene??

Heroes playing City of heroes. What would be weirder the tank deciding to play the villain, or to play a blaster and complain when he gets debt by rushing in ahead of the melee characters.

How about playing Supervillain Guess Who? Does he wear a hat? Is he male or female?
Knocking down the faces of the villains eliminated by those questions.

Maybe shopping in icon, running into serge.

My suggestions:

1) Have a mechanical or robotic character (like Iron) getting a "tuneup" akin to a car. Maybe a mechanic (or perhaps any one with a tinkerer or scientist hero-type) is working on a limb like it was tire that needed fixing while the hero chills with a can of motor-oil, etc.

2) Any heroine with the skirt costume(Aurora ) doing a light-hearted imitation/homage of Marilyn Monroe's blown " skirt-lift " from the Seven Year Itch...or something similar. Too racy?

That sounds like a piece of art I'd do. :P

Feel free to use Pep. Hmmmm....for a situation, I guess you could put her cheering on her high school team, the San Dimas Stallions. She finally got on to the cheer squad this year as the mascot. The head cheerleader, Monique, never liked her because Pep was so unpopular, but since she became a superhero, Pep's popularity at school made her a shoe-in for the cheer squad, but Monique hates her even more now because of it.

Pep is very agile, and athletic, but is also very bubbly(valley-girl-ish) and danger prone when she gets nervous(which she gets when performing cheers in front of alot of people) so many cheerleading accidents could happen. She also doesn't know her own strength sometimes.

You could also have her save the school from attacking aliens or something.

Hijinks galore! Backstabbing cheerleaders! Aliens! Football Victory! It's got everything!!
