Um, the fingers on the hand on the right look a bit off. The thighs, and especially the hamstrings are to skinny compared to the calves. (that may be part of the sort of anime look of the picture, and it really isn't a major thing) The feet also aren't quit right. The middle of the foot and the arch need to have a bit more taper and shape...right now the feet look kind of blocky, especially compared to the slender proportions of the rest of the figure.
Other then those three things I really like everything else about that picture. Very neat!
Oh, one last thing. That better not be real fur! Grrrr!

Other than that though; I *really* like it... it reminds me (slightly) of Roy Mustang from Full Metal Alchemist; among other characters I rather like.

Looks good, only things I have to say are about the left hand and the legs. The left hand I feel should be more relaxed looking, but that's my opinion. Maybe you can have it on his hip instead, or holding something like a lead pipe, a gun, or a snowcone. 
The legs, well, the one leg is a bit thinner then the other. Fill em out, try and make them symmetrical and you'll be stylin' and profilin' in no time! (Of course, I'm one to talk on symmetry...hehe) I'm thinking you knew all this though
Otherwise, great work. You've got some great talent there.

Arch Villain Concept
I've always question why there is no cool villainous background music playing when you fight an Arch Villain. It would really make things alot more exciting if some music would play during the battle or even just during the missions themself.....
Hey Void? Have you read either of Darren Shan's Demonata series books? The hands in the AV Concept have mouths in them, similar to the Demon, Artery. But of course, I could be mistaken cause you have mouths and eyes all over the body.
The Catboy concept looks really great, and that arch villain one is just damn creepy :P Keep it up! I'd like to see some more finished results of these
