What is the Annihilator badge?
Bow Breaker's the same thing - it's listed as a requirement for Force of Nature, but isn't listed anywhere else.
I hadn't noticed that. "Bow Breaker" sounds like the badge you'd get for beating up Manticore, except that's Dead-Eye. I guess it's possible that both of these are "Defeat Signature Heroes" badges that got renamed between Guide and Live, but I really hope I don't have to take down Positron ("Destroyer" seems closest to "Annihilator") to get the same effect as the Atlas Medallion...

I was thinking maybe it is for defeating Heroes outside of RV. Like heroes get dim warder for killing praetorian AVs. Perhaps if someone completed the LR SF we would know
I'm guessing that Bow Breaker is for defeating Longbow ambushes on Mayhem Missions, since the rest of Force of Nature's requirements are tied to Mayhem Missions.
I also believe that Annihilator was once tied to defeating all Freedom Phalanx members, though the equivalent badge for Heroes was tied to all the Praetorians (including Vindicator equivalents).

According to the Prima guide, "Annihilator" is required for the "Marshall" accolade, which gives +5% endurance. Unfortunately, the Prima guide doesn't list an "Annihilator" badge and I can't remember seeing one in the game (though my memory isn't always that great). Anyone know what this badge is, or is it just a typo? Or just a badge that's not in the game until I8, which would be unpleasant for them to tease us with...

Annihilator is not in the current build of the game, but will be in the next.
Its location follows in after the SPOILER space:

Defeating the Future Freedom Phalanx in the third mission of Recluse's Strike Force.

Bow Breaker could also have something to do with Wyvern?
Accaboom
level 50 Fire/Storm Controller
Prince of the Knights of Destiny
Victory
Accagloom
lvl 50 nerco/poison Mastermind
Overlord of the Knights of Destruction
Victory
Oh lord....a currently undo-able SF that will eventually be toned down to just very, very, very difficult.
Total Annihilation is doomed to hit the debt cap trying for that badge.
Yeah. Luckily, you'd get it in the third mission so you could just do the first three missions and then quit out if you couldn't complete it.
Though, that means that the Marshall accolade that requires this badge can't be obtained until a mininum level of 45... when the equivalent hero accolade (Atlas Medallion) can be obtained with a mininum level of 7, and easily by 20. Not very balanced there...
Comparitively speaking, the third mission is the "easy" one, though. Since you have a lot of geography to exploit, a reasonably competent team ought to be able to handle a crowd of level 50 heroes easily enough, especially if the mad AV regen gets toned down to saner levels.
Arc #41077 - The Men of State
Arc #48845 - Operation: Dirty Snowball
Right, when I said "quit out if you couldn't complete it", I meant the overall SF, not the third mission. Sorry, should have been more clear on that.
so.. um.. er... this means to get Marshall you have to be 45+, probably much closer to 50.
This is the equivalent of the Atlas Medal. Heroes have to be 7 minimum, likely 20 to get a good crowd of Wolves/Vamps to kill in Striga, but can definitely solo this badge in about an hour at level 28ish.
and villains can't even attempt to get this accolade until level 45?
I'd like to get Accolades at a time in my career when I can enjoy them. Accolades at 50 are pretty useless. Also note that 5% End isn't useful at that time when I've had a few extra slots in the late 30's to dedicate to End Reducers cause everything else is slotted; 5% end at level 25 is actually a useful power.
Would it be possible to look at balancing the requirements/benefits on some of these Accolades? Requiring participation on a level 45+ Strikeforce to obtain a level 7-20 Accolade seems a little out of line in the risk/reward catagory.

This is true. However, it happens both ways - consider Task Force Commander and it's villian equivilent Invader.
Task Force Commander requires completeing all the Task Forces given out by the Freedom Phalanx. Minimum level to complete it is 35 because Numina is snoby and won't even talk to you before then.
Invader requires getting the exploration badges for all maps used in Mayhem missions. With some planning minimum level is 2. Yep, 2.

/whereami:
I just did a brief comparison of the absolute mininum levels between the hero side and the villain side for accolades and this is what I came up with. The equivalent accolades are in pairs.
Portal Jockey (min level of 1 assuming you can find someone to sidekick you for the missions)
Born in Battle (min level 30 due to Triumphant)
Archmage (min level of 21 due to Dark Mystic)
Demonic (min level 1 assuming you can find someone to lackey you for the mission)
Conspiracy Theorist (min level of 33 due to Crey Fish)
Headline Stealer (min level 15 due to Crooked Politician)
Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member (min level of 23 due to Authority)
High Pain Threshold (min level 10 (for debt), effective min level ~36 due to Deathless)
Task Force Commander (min level 35 due to Numina Task Force)
Invader (min level 1 assuming you can find someone to lackey you for the missions)
Atlas Medallion (min level of 7 due to Pupil)
Marshall (min level 45 due to Annihilator)
Vanguard (min level of 40 due to Ace)
Megalomaniac (min level 40 due to Last Stand)
Geas of the Kind Ones (min level of 30 for Cabalist)
? (no equivalent for villains?)
So, if you add up all the hero min levels (not including Geas of the Kind Ones since I don't see a villain equivalent), it totals 160. If you add up all the villain min levels, it totals 168. Which is closer than I was expecting, but specific accolades seem to have a extremely wide variance between the two sides, with the exception of the Vanguard/Megalomaniac accolades.
I personally think it'd be nice if the two sides were a bit more equal per accolade.
Thank you for the response, Posi.

and what do those accolades do

Portal Jockey / Born in Battle gives +5% HP/End
Archmage / Demonic gives a click power that boosts resistances but reduces accuracy (can't remember exact details on what it boosts/reduces) on a 25 minute recharge
Conspiracy Theorist / Headline Stealer gives an attack power that immobilizes on a 25 minute recharge
Freedom Phalanx Reserve Member / High Pain Threshold gives +10% HP
Task Force Commander / Invader gives +5% HP
Atlas Medallion / Marshall gives +5 End
Vanguard / Megalomaniac gives a click power that increases effect of mez effects on a 25 minute recharge
