That's the way it was for us too, which is why i decided to make a new SG for those who feel abandoned and lonely and just want people to run with on missions....TFs....Trials....etc...

We just made this SG a few days ago so there arent many in yet but it wont be long before there are many. 2 of us are on everyday in the evenings 6pm-11pm EST normally...and sometimes even in the morning.

We dont have much in the way of a base but are Coalitioned with my old SG so we have access to all teleport zones until we get our base up and running. Once we get enough prestige built up i can start building the things we need to have a nice base but in order to do so i will require everyone who joins to run in sg mode until we have plenty of prestige. We are not big on powerleveling or AE in this SG, mainly non AE stuff unless its a multi mission arc we have created or one we enjoy due to its creativity. We also have our own SG uniform that we wear during SG events or when teamed together during missions. We also have a Ventrilo server for voice chat during game sessions.

We've just recently gotten the website up and running.

Who are we:
Section Seven is a light RP, casual supergroup formed by a bunch of friends and family back in 2004-2005. After about 2 years of play the majority of the members left CoH for individual reasons. Now, in 2010, some of us are back and we're getting S7 started again.

Section Seven was founded by John Brightman and Austin Steel, who are both currently active characters. Right now the roster is pretty light (consisting mainly of our alts) and we're looking to change that.

S7 is a supergroup based on having fun and helping each other. We fully recognize RL commitments and don't require any minimum play time aside from what's comfortable for you. There are no archetype restrictions to joining S7. We are big on working together but are completely understanding of players that like to solo or pug. That being said, a nominal amount of participation in the SG (mishes, crafting, forums, etc) is expected.

Who are we (the RP version):
Section Seven was the brainchild of scientist Johnathan Brightman. After a freak accident and life altering change while working on salvaged Ritki technology, Brightman decided to form a group of heroes dedicated to protecting Paragon City while upholding tenets of accountability, professionalism and reliability. With the help of roughneck scrapper and loyal friend Austin Steel Brightman began work on turning his idea into a reality.

Eventually Brightman was able to secure funding for his project from billionaire business Tycoon Wynn Crawford. Crawford's own daughter had recently discovered latent superhuman abilities and Wynn was eager to see her fall under appropriate guidance.

Thus Paragon City's first privately funded supergroup, Section 7, was founded.

The SG was originally started on Champion server 6 years ago and is still a top 100 SG, but has been relocated to Freedom because of its high population and has the promise to be around for a long time to come. We're looking for casual to hardcore gamers who love to play the game. We are presently recruiting all archetypes, any level to be able to run nightly teams for missions, task forces, and much more.

We do not run farms for xp since we care more about having fun. Besides, regularly running high difficulty missions can get you from 1-50 in a matter of weeks these days. Its not like the old days when it took months. We have nothing against AE missions done for fun or shards, just as long as the system is not being abused or run in repetition. If we want to hear farming requests we can go to Atlas Park, we don't have to hear it in our SG or coalition chat.

You can experience the best of what the game has to offer with our Supergroups whether it be badge hunting, monster hunting, task forces, pvp/arena, hero tips, hami raids, and more. We offer something for everyone!

We have 2 Supergroups: Watchguard and Elements. You can have 2 characters in each supergroup. Watchguard's base is fully equipped and regularly stocked with salvage, inventions, and more. It has a teleporter to each zone, workshops, invention tables, salvage racks, a personal vault, and much more.

Promotions are based upon prestige at 100k, 250k, and 500k prestige. Your first promotion will give you access to all salvage and inventions in our base. All new members have access to teleporters and personal vault.
It is recommended to play in SG mode but you are not required to wear the colors.
