Really, you just have to do the second half of your sentence to get this gladiator.
The Celebrant badge wasn't based on how long you've been with the game, just if you logged in during the month of the anniversary last year.
So this is a nice reward for people who've at least been here a year.

I think efor those of us who have all the Halloween badges from 04. We should get an Accolade that lets us finally use those rubber-bats that never got used but are still implimented (along with the fake vomit)

idk if it has been said, but the Longbow Warden 1 is already in game. A patch or two ago when they fixed some badges, one of them was the glad called Longbow Tanker. I got a GM to say that the Longbow Warden 1 and Longbow Tanker are one in the same.
