Lots of fun in Warburg earlier tonight .. HVND had it's load of Villains there to clean up at the beach .. not sure how many others were there .. I just know they were dead alot

we had a full team of heroes prior to you loggin in fly putting the perverbial (no idea how to spell this word) smack down on ya guys!! my modem whent down i come back an hour later and there you guys are putting the smack down on us again........curse you hvnd!!!

hehe ya .. we were running missions trying to level our villains and then we get a message from one from our VG saying .. "we're in Warburg .. just 2 of use at the moment and what looks like 5-6 Heroes, so if anyone can pull away to help balance the fight that would be nice" ... (not exactly that, but you get the idea). So, that was all we needed, then the fun began, hehe.
Ahh yes, mucho fun. Took a few to gain a foothold on the beach against the LMC team (and some others) but we got it going. Had an all villian team going (from 5-8) fighting heroes and villians alike. Always a grand time in warburg and the beach domination battles.
My favorite part was running into the group of heroes (3 -4 of them) and taking out the Emp (Ms Nicegirl). Was promptly beat down for my transgression, but then again I didnt AS and run. Attempted to take out a couple more of ya, but was to much firepower.

What??? no Love was my psi wail geting to u yah it was a good time.. i had st pauli on for a while then hvnd started rolling deep so i had to even the playing field by geting my emp.. Once i got ms nicegirl deaths started rolling.. we only had a team of 3 but u all know what ice/em blasters do on fort and CM..

Had a moderately good time in SC yesterday. Ran across Dinah on a oil rig and Blue and I (on our stalkers took her down). I played bait, dont think she saw Blue before he AS'ed her.
Tables turned after that. The heroes organized into a very effective group. Made many a lemming attack on them on the/a FC point. After a while a fight club broke out. Did well with the Stalker despite being incredibly gimped at 30 ( I LOVE Overload, have it at 38 and Total Focus also). Took down a few and was beaten down a few. Good times.
But still think of SC as the minor league of PvP. Good place to get your feet wet. Arena SHW is where the big boys play so I think of that as the most stimulating of PvP enviroments. Maybe Lord Recluses Victory will be a fun place. 50's in all their glory battling it out against villians.
I don't think it is minor league at all. I think having to play with only the powers you get from 1-30 is quite refreshing from the "uber" APP toons you find int he arena or the sheer wierdness of a free for all in Warburg (You know because heroes go into that zone and completely lose their minds and start ganking each other). But Yeah I do look forward to a level 50 Hero v Villain zone even if Villains will be fighting at a huge disadvantage for a while. Maybe by then the Devs will come up with a way to make my dominator more than a target or bait for waiting stalkers.
Sirens is the best designed and implimented PvP zone in the game. It has multiple things to do, missions, hotspots, and the great bounty system that encourages players to move all around the zone hunting instead of sitting on beach and patting themselves on the back congratulating themselves on how 1337 they are for holding a fictional piece of dirt.

Oh boy was it a big night in Warburg. Some very large battles went on for a couple of hours. Must have been at least 15-25 or more people there. HVND had a small team a first and was doing well considering, but the LMC team and the UHB team gave a good reckoning.
As the night began the HVND team filled up nicely. Soon we were running a 8 man team, the battles were epic imo. Built up a second team with the HERO boys. What made tonight fun was the total lack of whining and trash talking. You fell, you went to hosp and got back in the fray.
I had a good time in the Burg tonight. Was on a pick up team, with almost no tactical presense what so ever, but still had a good time. Got some good kills in, and got ROCKED many times by the regular teams in there. They probably thought I was insane cause I just kept rushing right back into their groups, lol.
Favorite broadcast of the night, "OK, I just got 2 shotted by a blaster," was uttered by a bewildered Stalker, who forgot that AS won't one shot blasters, but puts me right at the defiance peak! Good times!
Heh, me and CZ had a crazy night in Siren's the other night. I was on Maldini and he was on his Prince of Carnia troller. It was us two against 6 stalkers. That's right...6 stalkers. They couldn't kill us at all and we were taking them out left and right. At the end of it all, many were frustrated and one hopped on his hero and joined us, lol.
That was some crazy stuff. It was like swatting at a swarm of flies as they swooped in, trying to get off an AS and then got interrupted by Arctic Air, Hurricane, etc.
Lol, good stuff.
Nice Mal I went up against a team of 6 Stalkers with my blaster and a few other peeps and they rolled us up.

Dusted off Prevalence for some wild times in Siren's tonight. Declared a draw against a PB (Ish) since he couldn't come up with a way to ebat me running in a circle and popping Phase once in awhile while I couldn't get him to stay out of dwarf long enough for me to kill him.
Took down a couple Blasters and dealt with a team of an Earth/Rad, a Fire/Fire Blaster, Emp Def, BS/Regen Scrapper, and an NRG/Nrg Blaster. Did not die a single time and eventually dropped all but the Earth/Rad (someone else popped him while I animated...). Taught a Coalition friend how to Stalk some and got him his first SO He'll be there putting up a real fight soon enough

Was testing out a new build last night, and damn didnt realize you had 5. Thought it was only three. Not complaining mind you, as I camped War with an 8 person VG group on team speak last weekend.
