Why not just change it to Soul Binder ? 200 CoT Mages is nothing to sneeze at but can be obtained by 25-29. And it'd convience me someone hates the CoTs.

Awesome Pos! Now what about Veluta Lunata? She's a 5-10 contact but the ghosts you have to capture are 10s and 11s and the traps spring 15s. Not really feasable to get the privateer badge while in her level range. Also, its not really feasable to get the first influence badge while in range for Doc Buzzsaw either.

The Archmage is also used as a contact for the level 30 auras quest if i'm not mistaken. Kalinda sent me to him when i went to her at level 30...

Should the patch we downloaded today not include this? If it did, why is there no mention in the patch notes and if it didn't why not?

I got BOTH the Weed Wacker and Soul Binder badges yesterday... but my time of usefulness to him has passed.

I have polled the level 20's in my VG and none of them have the Soul Binder yet, let alone Weedwacker.

Going to see if he'll talk to me mal'ed

he's broken even with weed wacker badge he talked to me but then wouldn't give me the story arc even though i have opened story arc slots.

Level doesn't matter because i did the port oaks one when i was lvl 30 and the mission were all lvl 10.

So i have him as a contact now but he refuses to give out his story arc.

I have lorekeeper, weed wacker, and soul binder.

Okay came here searching for info on the Archmage so I can get the badge cause he says I haven't killed enough or whatever. Well I have the Lorekeeper and Soul Binder badges, no weed badge yet though.

Problem here I can see from reading all of these posts is if there is a special contact that requires a special badge to get it started, you devs could give us some loving and make these special contacts non level locked please. No one wants to stop themselves from leveling I am sure (which is sadly what I am doing so I don't miss out on this contact)

Now in case I got confused and you guys will allow us to visit these special contacts at any level once we have the badges needed then, cool yay I wanna level lol! Would love a confirmation on this btw if possible please.

Resolved? Need lorekeeper, first history badge. Why are you responding to a post that is 6 months old is the real question.

Edit: Nevermind realized you were responding to your own question and no you can not. Each unlockable contact is only for specific levels.

Lorekeeper, you need Lorekeeper, if your on Virtue Message "Fist of Osiris" and i'll send you a mail composed of every Secret Contact, where he is(The /Loc) and the badge that unlocks him.

Was seeking an answer to my question from way back Lazarus, don't get all elite on me now.

You could have simply read the thread, which contained the answer. There was no reason to dredge it up. There is nothing elite about that.
