.: The Survivors of Vega
The Survivors of Vega are a Villain Group (VG) based on the Virtue server. Founded in July 2007, we are a growing community with a core of friendly players. All levels of activity are experience are welcome. We have members ranging from veteran role-players to those just discovering the game. The choice is yours whether to transfer an existing character (Name change will be required), or create your Vegan from scratch. We are happy to help level those who create new characters and most will find it easy to reach their thirties inside a few weeks.
Game play is primarily PVE based, with both combat and non-combat roleplay. VG events range from social occasions to trials, Taskforces and missions interweaved with roleplay scenarios. All of which is done with a friendly attitude and plenty of out of character humour. If you're feeling really brave you can also join our Ventrilo Server and chat with us in person.
.: Our back story.....
The Nictus horde was far too much for the Vegan Empire which was caught off guard. With little notice, the Planet of Vega was overwhelmed with Nictus onslaught. No one knew where they came from. There was no signal on any radar, nor detection from any psychic. They came in masses... and killed mindlessly... or so it seemed.
As the Leader of Vega, King Nexus had to make a hard decision... he abandoned his planet to seek aid from his allies on Planet Toria whom they had lost communication with. Gathering what Archons and Templars he had at the time, and those of his family he could find, King Nexus boarded a small Transport Ship known as the Bluestar, and left his home world behind. Fleeing from the slaughter, King Nexus and his people were sure they had escaped a destined fate, but such a reality was not to be.
While passing through the System known as Sol. on the way to Toria, an unknown cosmic magnetic disturbance in space acted as a weak EMP, temporarily disabling light travel and most forms of communication. Nearby, the planet Earth was under siege by an inter-dimensional threat known as the Rikti and a small unit of enemy skirmishers bombarded the Bluestar transport with a hail of energy blasts. Unable to deter the Rikti threat with their limited accessible weaponry, the Vegan crew was forced to make an emergency crash landing on Earth.
At the impact of the crash, King Nexus, and a few of his men, were thrown from the ship. After a few hours of being unconscious, they awoke to find themselves washed up on the shore of a small Island. Dazed and confused, they found themselves to be on a strange new planet... the third planet from Sol... Earth...

Tainted Faith
Totally new freeform RP group open to serious RPers. All origins and archtypes welcome. It's bring-your-own-plot with a heavy focus on interesting, unique, and fun ways to go about villainy.
Tainted Faith was founded by Ferwyth, a horse demon banished to Earth for practicing necromancy. She was bored with the usual villain grind and decided to seek out other like-minded individuals. All and sundry are welcome as long as they have a sense of humor.

There was a time in the world when we were accepted, or liked, or tried to do things their way. No more are we subject to their concepts of justice or virtue, nor are we held back by their closed minded rules and regulations. Some say we've strayed from the path or have lost our way, but we refute that. We are only lost when we lose focus of our ideals and goals through red tape and governments that would hold us down. To be lost is to be free. Let none step in our path, for we will visit violence upon those who do. We fear not of the world. We are the Fallen.

The Fallen Order is primarily a Roleplaying Villain Group, in which each member is encouraged to find a place in the group's fiction. We are a Mercenary styled group with no specific emphasis on theme as we have both Arcane and Tech characters. However, Straggart is considered the commanding officer and treats it as such. We are a tight knit group of friends and looking to add more to the group to help broaden our RP. We are not against having some goofy characters, but if its way overboard we will likely not mesh.
We are currently looking for a PR Agent, Recruiters, and an Events Manager. Also we try to reward those who are members with both in and out of game rewards.

Announcing: the debut of Ars Robotica.
We are more like a Superteam than an SG. Uniform, powerset, and name guidelines are required for admission. We are brand new and still under the new member prestige bonus cap.
The concept: A coven of Technomancers, using technology in sync with magic to become nigh-unstoppable.
The Uniform: Stealth outfit from boots up. Tech 2 shoulder pads, Hooded head with a Robotic face skin. Trenchcoats are allowed, as will be capes once we get there. Primary color is Black, accent color is your choice. Outside of this, there is some customization allowed.
Powersets: We are a Bots/Dark Miasma Mastermind Super-Superteam. You can pick all your own powers without criticism, however. (we ask so much already!)
Naming convention: Names need to begin with "Ars" and end in "robotica" and have a middle name in an archaic language and having to do with magic, tech, or related. Examples: Ars Arcanum, Ars Atra, Ars Mecha.

We are trying to make a Heavy Rp group so we can have some fun for whatever time we choose to spend in the CoX game. If you want to run missions like a banshee and chat with a group of fun people, call us. If you want to get hover and never leave the base again, call us. If you arent social, and just want to solo to 50 without ever talking to anyone, but want to have some people you can trust in case you need help, call us.
If your not social, only use /t to talk, are demanding and are offended easily, dont call us.
I think there is a difference between good or excellent Rp, and Rp that works. Sure we could all make characters that are black at heart and evil to the bone. I'm sure the idea of making a compelling character that kills his or her lovers and eats them makes for great books, but in a cooperative effort it isnt something that can function for long.
Realistically how long can your happy go lucky thrill villain tolerate the twisted serial killer in close proximity before one or the other reacts.
This group although is a serious Rp group, also recognizes the fact that Rp like anything else can be overdone until it becomes destructive to the fun factor of the game.))

COH/COV SG/VG Master List!
Hello everyone. I currently have a 50 villain and really enjoy CoV, however, I'm wanting to create a new villain and I'd like to find an active heavy rp Vg to belong to, preferably with a website as I enjoy writing stories and backgrounds for my characters. Since I haven't created the toon just yet, if the VG seems to be a good fit then I wouldn't be opposed to making one to fit a specific theme.
I'm on eastern time and mainly play on my three days off each week so it can vary from day to evenings when I do play. I'm looking for a friendly group who is more into rp than grinding.
