I think at some point in the game you should go to Azuira and ask for some artifact, you desperately need it, but she won't give it to you because of the danger involved. So you have to acctualy go to a MAGI safe house and steal the artifact. The entrance bar should say, "Steal an artifact from Azuira? This should only take about 5 minutes."
And the mission would be one room with an unlocked door and a glowy. Click the glowie and you get the artifact.
More on the only child in the game, Penny, would be nice to see too. Like doesn't she get lonely with no one else her age to play with?

Actually I think this is going to be CoV's version of Outbreak. You must scare off 5 police officers, then you go into Azuria's vault.

Actually, there _is_ a mission where Nemesis is after some artifact that can be used in a ceremony of immortality. Once you get it you get directed to give it to Azuria. And she says, "what, are you nuts? This is the first place he'd look. Go to this safehouse."
