Victory SuperGroups
There's a reason, and a story, why I've been nicknamed Prince Pantsless by the rest of PF. Have to be a member of the SG to hear it, though.

Really really don't want to hear it.
I've already forgotten about most of you
Tired of shuffling between small and average Villain Group (VG)? Look no further on the Victory server. Fallen Legion is a proven Villain Group. Fallen Legion knows what it takes to run a successful VG. Their sister group is the Legion of Valor (very well respected Super Group on the Victory server).
These members know how to run events. We do Task Force missions, Trial Missions, Role Playing missions, Badge hunt mission and anything else we want.
Organization is the key to any group. The VG has a well thought out member structures. Our VG is putting together the biggest and meanest base around.
The members are always friendly and love to help out other members in need.
If you are a big Player vs Player (PvP) person we have members that just love to mix it up. We have some of the best PvP members in the game.
Come to our websites to get all the details on who and what we are. We hope you will give us a try and I know you wont find anything better.
Villians check us out at
http://fallenlegion.guildportal.com will take you to Fallen Legion
Heroes check us out at
http://legionofvalor.guildportal.com will take you to Legion of Valor
We all know you do.
Mission accomplished! In mid-November, we set out to create a Super Group like no other. Sure we have events, forums, active chat channels (we choose Yahoo Voice) and a rotating roster with roughly 100 (yes! 100!) heroes. But most importantly, we have managed to create a feeling of family and team together so often its odd when we don't. Most of all, we just like having a great time. We just broke the top 25 SGs on Victory - in less than three months, mind you but we are still looking for people who want to be recognized for what they are - heroes! If you think you might enjoy beiong a part of the Heroes Inc family,
go to Heroes Inc Homepage
and check out our Heroic Code of Conduct. If it fits you, apply right on line and we'll contact you straight away. Remember, Paragon City needs heroes now more than ever!
The Utterly Incompetent, a new SG on the Victory Server, is now recruiting. This new SG is not all about PVP or Role Playing, we are slackers and that's just too much work. But seriously, this SG is about enjoying the game. We are semi casual players who want to be able to enjoy the benefits of being in a supergroup -namely doing task forces, having a sg base, and being able to find a good team quickly- without having to join one of the huge militaristic supergroups(no offense to you guys who are in one of those). We realize that all players have real lifes that take priority over their playtime and deal with inactivity accordingly.
What you'll not get in the Utterly Incompetent:
1.A trial period. The Utterly Incompetent is all inclusive. Anybody is welcome to join. Membership starts as soon as you join.
2. 10-15 leaders breathing down your neck The Utterly Incompetent Leadership believes that we are here to help you not the other way around.
3. You will not be booted for not playing every day As long as space permits, inactivity boots will be reserved for players who do not log in for months at a time.
What will you gain?
Help for newer players We invite players and characters of all levels. We believe that you learn by asking questions and no question is a "dumb question." Remember you all were new players once too!
Leadership that listens to your needs I am very open to input from anyone. For example, many of the new members expressed a need for scheduled task forces. Now every night around nine a clock central time, sg members meet to complete tf's.
Ability to invite Invite priveleges are given from day one. What good is your sg if you can't have your buddies in it with you?
Our rules are very simple.
1. Be civil to all players no matter what their age or experience level is.
2. Please keep supergroup mode on at all times. Our base is still under construction and needs all the prestige we can gather.
3.Arrange with an officer to transfer your salvage to the head bum. Each piece of salvage brings us closer to our goal of a bigger and better base.
3. While we do accept a lot of inactivity, supergroup spaces may be given to those who are more active.
4. Invite, Invite, Invite. In order to further our goals, more members are needed. Most of our membership comes from other members inviting people that they teamed with.
If you have any questions about the Utterly Incompetent or wish to join, you can contact me in game (chat handle @dashed). Also look for Xanthro, I am a rock, or Luke-.
Note:
Currently can take in a few new characters/people, if anyone is interested.

Game: City of Heroes
Group: The Fist of Justice
Formed back in the day, after our previous group, the Shield of Valor, disintergrated due to [censored]. Some went solo, some went to other groups, most rolled into FoJ.
Was always a casual sg. Tight membership, never into blind recruiting or going for members just to have members.
UNTIL NOW!
Superbases, sadly, need a good membership base. Combined with everyone playing CoV, that makes it even harder to get a lot of prestige for a bae in CoH.
Currently we're at about 72 members, but a good 15 or so of them are kickable. Have been pulling in people here and there, who's sg's are stagnating/dieing/dead in CoH. Wouldn't mind getting a few more.
SG Rules:
Team. With anyone! SG is big on large teams.
Join the global channel Victory Forum. Good place for teaming, game discussion.
Please keep coalition chat to a minimum. Coalitions were setup with the understanding that they'd be mainly has a teamup channel, rare monster spotting, etc. Not as a general chat line.
Don't do anything that would be considered an [censored] move by the General Public or by the Hamster.
Two to three characters per person. However, alts can be kicked for more active players/alts. Majority of the sg is given basic invite ability, in order to help sg makes switch out/in alts they're playing for the evening.
If you're interested in joining up, please free free to drop me a line. Membership is also open to any Shadows of Victory players.

Currently in the top 30 groups on Victory, looking at becoming more active. Can currently take six to ten new characters/people.
Base is fully pve functional (all telepads, medical base), will make it pvp functional eventually (this week).
If you're interested in an active but casual sg, please drop me a line here or in game.
Not meaning to bump, but... Bump.

Rock, rock on Hamster.
I have visited your sg website and interested in joining. Are you still looking for members? If so please let me know where I might find an applicaton to complete.
I am level 16 Mind Control/Healer and also have a level 6 tanker that I am building up.

Shield of Valor (Heroes) and Sword of Vengeance (Villains) two of Victory's most experienced RP supergroups are accepting new members. RP is not required but encouraged (must be at least RP friendly). Even if you are not into RP, RP SGs have a tendency to avoid the nub factor with a strong base of mature players. I just joined Legion of Valor and it's a fantastic SG.
I cannot image a SG better organized with a nicer group of people.
Legion of Valor and our CoV sister VG, Fallen Legion have the top two slot for gaining the most Influence/Infamy on the Victory server.
There are always great people to play with - at any time - in the SG.
We have a huge beautiful base. We're always taking new members - check us out!

Legion of Valor also uses TeamSpeak - which is a big plus!
Knights Of Valhalla is a super group lossly based around Norse legend, All Archtypes and levels are welcome and all members can invite.
Penance will be seen here and there from time to time. Usually standing over a dead villian in a PVP zone.
Team Paragon is also seeking new recruits...
Style: We're a Golden Age styled Super Group designed primarily for the casual player, but more active players may also join.
There are no Prestige quotas to fulfill, and no one gets booted until a month or so passes without any activity. Even still, we'll attempt to contact you in-game or via email prior to your release. You can always come back later!
Reqs:
1. Any level, archetype, or origin is accepted.
2. Hero name must be coherent and easily read. Sergeant Valor would work - S3rg3ant V4l0r doesn't.
3. Costume choice must look suitable for the hero's concept. If you hit the Random button, visit the Tailor first!
4. A biography is nice. Not necessary to join at first, but do come up with one soon.
5. Anti-heroes, vigilantes, mercenaries, and dark heroes don't fit the image. You guys are heroes too, but there are plenty of other Super Groups that fit.
Website: No website yet, but one is in the works.
Base: We have a small base right now, but with few members its hardly noteworthy. If you're a skilled Base Architect, we sure could use you!
Contact: For more information, send an email to teamparagon@hotmail.com or look for Major Paragon or The Servicewoman during your next game.
Recruiting Locations: City Hall (Atlas Park), Blyde Square (Steel Canyon), (Skyway City), Next to Manticore (Brickstown), Williams Square (Founder's Falls), Next to Citadel (Talos Island), Next to War Witch (Pocket D)
SG: The PeaceMakers
Website: still being setup
Commander and Chief: Mr. 1944
Info:
We are a new SG and looking to recruit heros that are normally on at night or late night. So hard to play at night with no one to group with at times. Please send tell to Mr. 1944 and I will review your app. and see about getting you added to the SG. Please only join if you on at night and into the morning hours. We are sometimes on during the afternoon hours but mostly the night. Did I mention this is for the late night toons. LOL. We are a fun group and trying to get this SG up and running with the best of them. We do have a small base that is not much but it works. Hoping to make that the meeting place for team meetings and such.
I too am looking for fun and Pie but dont want to wieghted down with lots of rules and regualtions.

TEAM PARAGON [VICTORY]
I'm still looking for a solid core of founding members for my SG on Victory, Team Paragon. Team Paragon is modeled on the classic, four-color Golden Age image based on some of our favorite comic book teams - The Avengers, The Justice League, and The Freedom Phalanx, just to name a few. I'm essentially looking for players who play City of Heroes in the same style I do, which includes some of the common sense subjects we've all read before:
1. Casual or Semi-Active Play: I'm a working adult and don't have the time to play CoH as often as I'd like. My play style borders between Casual and Semi-Active, so I'm looking for players who are in the same boat I'm in. I play a few hours during the week (EST Zone), and a bit longer on Saturday and/or Sunday.
2. Maturity: I stay away from players who use vulgarity, cause grief, make the game unenjoyable for others, or otherwise become a hassle to play with. If I ever have to place someone on an Ignore list, so be it. I just won't team up with them.
3. Committed Players: I always commit to the completion of a mission or Task Force when I'm invited, and I do expect the same from others. Too many times have I been invited to a team or Task Force only to have the leader, and often everyone else abort when the going got tough. If you can also commit to at least finishing what you start or sign up with, let's talk!
4. Team Paragon's Goals: Team Paragon's mission is to provide the casual or semi-active player an opportunity to be part of a team with reliable players to patrol the streets of Paragon City with. If you'd like to obtain any Task Force badges or complete the missions assigned to you by your Contacts, it may be best to not rely solely upon random team invites, or to randomly invite other players. Members of Team Paragon will probably also have alternate heroes who could help you as well.
5. The Heroes: Although I don't knock anyone's development of their toon and will team up with anyone who is a great player, I just can't see my main hero, Major Paragon, being part of a SG with heroes named Filter-Boy, Swank Girl, or AwesomeMan2. I put all of my heroes/alternates through an objective Comic Book Filter Test - if their name, costume design, and brief description would be interesting to read about in a comic book, then it works. If we're alike and you put as much effort as I do into developing your heroes beyond their power sets, let's talk!
6. Team Size: I'm looking to keep Team Paragon's membership anywhere between 8-15 heroes. There should be at least one of each Archetype in the SG, with few duplications of our main powers among multiple Archetypes. Other than myself, there are already 2 other players in the SG, so there's plenty of opportunity here.
7. Prestige Quotas and Bases: None. Building a Base is fun, but I won't demand that anyone must play in SG Mode. If you want to stick around and help fund a Base, then by all means you may do so. I have a small, 1-room Base right now. Only until the SG grows larger with enough Prestige-earning heroes on board will the development of a Base be a goal.
8. Autokicking: I've set the auto-demotion rate to 30 days, and won't automatically kick you from the SG if you don't play every day or week. After 30 days of inactivity though, I'll send you an in-game email or a global chat message and ask if you still want in. If I don't hear from you within a week, only then will you be discharged from the SG. You can always come back - just ask!
9. Rank Structures: Some SGs use Prestige goals as a means of promotions. I use the acquisition of Security Levels, Task Force Badges, and the Leadership Power Set as requirements (to me, it just makes sense that an officer or leader in a SG should have some ability in-game to allow the team to benefit from his or her leadership skills - but that's just me). I'm not going to tell anyone how to build their toon, but I'd like to keep the officer ranks reserved for those who really want to work on keeping the SG together. There's nothing wrong with just remaining a Member.
10. Arenas and PvP Zones: I'm not interested in earning Reputation in the Arena, and I don't enter the PvP Zones just to simply hunt Villains. I'll head into such a zone to complete a mission and will always defend myself and others against any Villains who may attack, but PvP isn't my style of gaming. I don't see Team Paragon becoming a PvP outfit, especially since I can't be active enough to play in that style.
11. 30-Day Trial: If you'd like to consider helping me develop Team Paragon into a small but manageable and solid team of casual/semi-active players, let's give it 30-days to see how well we work together.

Catspaw
((RP supergroup))
Most heroes are preoccupied with world-shaking plots, and attacking bases filled with villians. However, while they do that, hundreds, if not thousands, of thugs and brutes are populating the streets of Paragon, harrassing other citizens. Even the police have been victimized by these roaming bands of hooligans. Having lived on the streets for a good portion of her life, Chat decided to try to put a stop to this problem, and Catspaw was formed.
As an organization, Catspaw takes on contracts from concerned individuals and groups, mostly to conduct what has been nicknamed 'street-sweeping' operations.
If interested in joining Catspaw, contact Chat Noir, Cyber Raven, Donimo-Matrix, or Striking Lily in-game. They can all induct new members into the group. All applicants must be roleplayers.
SG channel is semi-IC.

Not really any rules for this SG. I thought it might be funny to have members with nuu and/or nub in their name (i.e. I Nub Pie, Nuu Got Pwnz0rd, etc) But I don't really care.
Many will enter but few will win!
