I think the actual Positron only has two powers:
1. Super-Give out one of the more annoying TFs, and
2. Super-Ignore the level 16s getting trounced by a level 35 DE ambush
... which might actually make him absolutely DEVASTATING in PvP

Yes, I imagine the powers are similar to those of Anti-Matter. Though like the other comment stated, he does have the powers of Super-Ignore and Super-Annoy.
My first "turning point" in this city was during the Rularuu Invasion, and charging in with my BS/Regen Scrapper. Skyway City, at Level 10. It went...poorly.

BTW, Anti-Matter seems to be a rad def, which is the most useful defender set, so the opposite would probably be the least useful, storm def.

I know I wouldn't mind if the NPC Positron went missing for a few hours. Or maybe acted like a Police Drone.
Or just made up his dang mind and picked a group or villians to hate on. Go beat up Vaz, now clocks, now thornies, now vaz....
There's no member of the group that has a huge hate on for CoT. Pick them. Synapse already took Clocks.

I remember seeing a post by Statesman saying he sometimes anonymously logs onto the live servers and plays amongst us. So I figure that most of them do that.
Talk about reason why we should all be playing any MMORPGs is when Developers or Designers log on to storyline characters and actually go do stuff, until the flood of players start camping.
Hell, imagine someone playing Positron logs on and actually leads a team against some type of mission.
"You receive a team invite from Positron" Paladin is up we need to defeat him post haste! meet me in Kings Row!
Make another badge, have teamed with Positron.
However I'm quite sure they should have tells turned off and only says or team chat should be turned on. Where they actually lead a team pick people from randomly.
