I finally took the time to go through all the posts & pics. Great to see such a variation of age/gender/social/racial backrounds. I've always enjoyed teaming with strangers, but it's even better with regulars/supergroup mates, and now....WOW, it's great to be able to put a name/face/backround/personality with some of my pals, and it helps when teaming to really see why and where some of everyones personalities/ideas come from.
I grew up in Central California, and I too KNOW who Cal Worthington & his dog Spot are!!
Nice too see some families/couples that play, as soon as i find the time/cash, i will be building a new machine for Mrs. Kay so we TOO can play together!! (though I think all she wants to do is beat me up when CoV is out!)
Oh, and Ring, remind me to NEVER give you a hard time about being late to Tanker Tuesday ecause your little angel wouldn't let you get away

I'm a 25 year old from Tulsa, Oklahoma with a bachelor's degree in both Computer Science and Business administration.
I currently live in Boston and work as the IT manager of an outsourcing firm. I am engaged with two children(cats, not real kids. But, she calls them children) and am moving back to Oklahoma to run my own consulting business at the end of the month.

Can't remember if I've posted on here yet and don't feel like flipping through, so I'll do it now
I'm Billy, a 22 yr old born-and-raised Texan guy. I'm far from a cowboy and can't even ride a horse, but I'm die-hard Texan I live in Lubbock, TX and attend college off-and-on until completion. After that, I'll be going to law school and on to a career in environmental law. Eventually.
For now, I am a supervisor in a call center for a large cable company (used to work for a cell phone company too). In my free time, I play CoH, watch LOTS of movies (about 200 DVD's on a college kid's budget), listen to, mix, and dj music, date (no g/f for almost 9 months now), play all sports (best at baseball, but natural athlete otherwise), compete in local dance competitions for dance/hip hop music (yes, a white guy that CAN dance), and club to practice. I'm known amongst my friends for getting my hands on music no one's ever heard (normally rare remixes) and for doing the stuff that no one else has the guts to do. My roommate likes to refer to me as The Brain because I can think my way out of just about anything (including the cops, a very helpful skill ) and I LOVE to argue I'm willing to argue about just about anything, and can be found working on getting friends and making enemies in the scrapper forums (SR is still overpowered).
As for me in game, I'm the founder of The Pingu Coalition, and can be found on my hordes of Pingus. It's a very tight-invitation only SG that is dedicated to helping, so if you ever need anything, search for Pingu and it'll either be me or someone that knows me well. My main is listed below and has gotten fairly well known on Champion for being a decently built SR scrapper and being one of the most fearless and suicidal scrappers around. Other than him, my alts include The Pingu Protector (high level emp/rad), and Squidgee Pingu (mid level PB).

That's right! don't ever let anyone discourage you from what you want to do. I'd like to do some work for video games, but i'm going a different route. Computer Aided Drafting and Design.
My REAL dream though is to Animate Space ships in Movies and be involved in those huge space battles with ships darting this way and that firing at each other.

I am a 24 year old guy from Long Island NY. I work in sales and marketing for a display company, and bartend 2 nights a week for extra money. I dont live with my parents, and i have a cool dog. I play hockey. I do watch it from time to time, but i can only handle so much TV. As far a surfing; there is a little bit of that going on, however the waters are a lot more calm than what you are probably used to. A good storm that just passes by is a good thing around here if surfing is your fun.

welcome to champion, wildstar! seems like everyone's taken the plunge, and i sorta dodged the bullet last time, so here goes...i hail outta orlando fl, where most of my family is. i grew up in tampa but i've lived in miami too. i just turned 34 (man that's crazy to put down on paper and actually look at). i'm a recovering game developer and work on simulations for da man these days. i'll probably relapse, just a matter of time. i started coh last july because deagol and pfister (rl friends and two great guys) told me "first one's free!", but before that i swore off online games altogether. i just couldn't see myself getting into them. and here i am, still hooked. i can thank my great champion family for that one . you can see my goofy mug on cohfaces with my old main, hsu. ah, memories of regeneration. i'm always up for help and good times, you can get me at the mr3 (underscores turn into spaces in global ids). rock on!
well, i guess since my sg-buddies started posting in here, i can't avoid it any longer...
so who am i? i'm a 24 year old college student.
i have a BA in journalism from michigan state university, i graduated in 2004. after graduating, i decided i wanted to teach, so i enrolled at western michigan university, where i am currently working on an english degree in secondary education.
professionally, i work at a k-8th grade school in kalamazoo, as well as the kalamazoo area boys and girls club. since i have a great love for sports, i run a lot of the fitness and sports-based sections of these programs.
recreationally, i enjoy the college lifestyle- mainly going to bars with my buddies. i used to be very active in music, and was a professional deejay and producer in the lansing area for a few years. i played at a lot of clubs, and had some great times that i will always miss.
