Epic Architypes: Coralax and Incarnate.
[ QUOTE ]
I am going to simply start thinking of the Coralax as a wagon fulla pancakes, on the theory that it's as good as any other explanation.
[/ QUOTE ]
Yes, but that would necessitate the addition of Syrup and Butter enhancements. Blueberries could be a special power.
I'm liking this...

So Incarnate is the winged archetype!
DING DING DING DING DING

Noper... The Incarnate is the Statesman (and also Lord Recluse) Archetype.
[/ QUOTE ]
So these archetypes come out after CoV? Because Statesman already said his archetype won't come into play until after CoV is released.
[ QUOTE ]
'snip'...(although it does lead to some entertaining images of him doing battle while shouting things like "Kansas Kick!" "Utah Uppercut!" "Mississippi maul!" "North Carolina crush!"...)
[/ QUOTE ]
LOL!!! I just love the imagination here! My main is a Invul/Superstrength tanker and I love using Knockout Blow....and low and behold I live in Utah IRL. You sir just made my day I will now be adding an emote to my KO Blow thanks to you

I'm sticking with the gazelle with diarrhea theory.

You're in a sewer. Just do it right there.

[ QUOTE ]
If lord recluse is an incarnate, he logically embodies the "essence" of spiderdom, if you will.
[/ QUOTE ]
Or maybe the essence of hermits?

Or just combine it with the mighty gazelle leap... and really hurt Dr. V where it counts....

That wouldn't work because Dr. Vahz emits an Imodium Field.

[ QUOTE ]
Coralax could be related (by the devs at least) to corax, the genus of birds that contains crows.
[/ QUOTE ]
I believe you are thinking of corvus when discussing genus. Corvus Corax refers to the species of common raven.

Coralax, breaking up the word...

or
The Arabian gazelle (Gazella Arabica), found from persia to North Africa.
Lax
Lacking in rigor, strictness, or firmness. See Synonyms at negligent.
Not taut, firm, or compact; slack. See Synonyms at loose.
Loose and not easily retained or controlled. Used of bowel movements.
I think this will be our winged architype. Possibly an ethereal angellic type.

[/ QUOTE ]
Or a stretcher/shapeshifter...
[/ QUOTE ]
i believe states said in an interview that stretching might be one thing they cant do, due to techonology limitations and the such.
IMO i think coralax will be an underwater AT because ive seen some talk from states that underwater and planets will eventually be added, notime soon tho, and the coralax/incarnate is supposed to be post-CoV so maybe we will see underwater by then.
[ QUOTE ]
You mentioned the greek and roman gods. Does anyone smell Wonder Woman here?
Just an idea.

Wonder Woman?
<looks in the direction of several DC lawyers standing in a corner...>
uummmmm.....No! No sign of her at all!!!
You are all obviously mistaken. The Coralax was an orange furry hermit that lived in a tree trunk.
Bring forth the bitter, old, environmental activist tree trolls!! Dr. Suess demands it.
We should so not do this
