Why do we call help a global channel? /Help is server only isn't it?

I don't know if there even is documentation for any of that. I'd recommend watching Stacker's tutorial videos. Stacker teaches you all these crazy tricks but he explains things really well. His lessons cover multiple level rooms and dozens of good navigation techniques.

I'm hoping Street Justice goes up for purchase tonight at Midnight (PDT). If it doesn't I'll do something childish and immature, such as lightning my Positron Hero-Clix on fire.

Right now this only works if your base has tech teleporters but the Echo of Galaxy City has a working tram. The tram only goes to 2 places though, Echo of Galaxy City and Ouroboros. The Galaxy Tram won't let anyone under level 15 enter Ouroboros but if you are level 15 and higher and you don't yet have an Oportal you can now get one through your base.

Undocumented base buff

On September 14th the system tripped out and gave everyone(?) their next monthly stipend early. For some people that stipend came a couple of days early, for some people that stipend came a couple of weeks early, and for other people it came almost a whole month early.

I don't think it was the plan, it just happened. I'm interested to see what happens when the 14th of October rolls around.

You can stack Ice Blast's Tier 9, Blizzard. I tried to stack Ice Storm twice but it didn't work. Ice Storm only lasts 15 secs so I may have spent too long popping blues and the first Ice Storm expired normally. Afterburner requires almost 50 end to activate. If you have any afterburn tricks you want to try make sure you got some blues handy.

The only place Preems are locked out is at the SG registrar. That contact will not give a Preem the option to Start a SG, Pay Rent or Create a Base. Preems can do everything else, edit bases, set permissions on storage, they can even have the star.

I have no clue if Sirocco unlocks a shield. I would be interested to know if this is true.

If you're looking to get it done as fast as possible go with Black Scorpion, he has the less running around and less annoying enemies. You don't have to run the whole arc, you'll unlock the pools after 5 or 6 missions and you'll get a respec as well.

Once you unlock one patron you unlock all of them.

A preem is going to have a hard time getting patron pools if they start out as a hero. The only way for a hero to get patron arcs is to own the GR alignment system. If a preem doesn't have that then their heroes are locked out of patron pools.

You can have 2 blizzards out at once, but I only had one ice storm out at once. I may have taken too long to pop my blues since I didn't realize burnout cost 50 end.

I'm gonna go respec and check. 2 ice storms, 2 blizzards at the same time.

Have you gone to the base registar as a Preem and seen how that contact reacts differently to you then he does if you where a ViP? There's 3 options that Vips see that Preems don't. Create an SG, Pay Rent and create a base. The Devs invested code time into making these changes. Every knew the devs were going to put a lock on bases that's where it is.

As long as someone who pays a subscription is paying the rent Preems can enjoy all the benifits of SG membership. Base storage, base editting they can even have the star, total control. That's the in and outs of the new base system, the SG registrar got changed and nothing else.

does you friend sprechen the german? I realize the german forums aren't very busy but you could post a message in the german forums for him asking how they manage dealing with NCsoft billing. Good luck with this I admire how far you're going to help out a friend.
