without soulbound proc its easier to get a build: will give you one after i got home from work.
Nice to have:

Endurance sustainable single target attack chain*
Soulbound Allegiance proc in Summon Spiderlings -
the most AV/GM solo builds don't have any patches so the enemie can't run out of them.
on my ill/rad the PA keeps the AV/GM in place but i am not sure if the presence pool will help you as they chase on you than -
sry for not mentioning this: all lore pets will profit from my diamagnetic T3 thats the reason i am looking for pure ranged DPS without any devuffs as a rad emission troller with (T3 dia) i will debuff good enough

I am looking for the top ranged DPS over all Lorepets (T4).
this is for my ill/rad/ice troller with pyronic judgement so the damagetype doesnt matter as he debuffs quite well and already has an exotic damage type
currently i am going with IDF -

Hey guidemaster do you have any release date for the timemanipulation guide
i really need some impressions for slotting mine and getting the special things out of it -
i can bring a +3 ill/rad/ice troller with Clarion T3 or 4 (120 sec duration)
and IDF T4 with +dmg -
do i have to boost the complete set in a power to keep the setboni or doesnt that matter?

change the FlyIO in fly for a KB prot IO in Fly or hover or somewhere else

bitter ice blast is your most damaging attack slot it for damage
bitter freeze ray has an eeeeeeeeeeeeeetreeeeem long animation what makes it useless
freeze ray and lingering rad need more accuracy
blizzard is the most damaging nuke (when there are mobs into) get a posi setwith proc in there
switch the numina heal for a miracle heal and unslot the +reg IO (useless in there)
i am not sure if you will like chocking cloud as its an endhog -
this is a build i plan to run on my ice/rad/mu corr (no incarnate things in yet)

go for perma hasten, meta and capped ranged def with fly you can be out of aoes and melee range what will give you best mechanics for soloing GMs/AVs

I found an annoying bug: each time you travel from onme zone to another your combat attributes will be shuffeled

I wont create a lvl 50+5 Endmod IO
the IO would be downscaled as every other IO in your build and thats worth the cost -
it should solo quite well and be fun while playing
i doesnt need to be another AV/GM-Hunter -
Here is the problem i have for about an year:
my first hero was an ill/rad/ice troller who could solo AVs with lvl 30.
I soloed almost all GMs AVs avaible before incarnate stuff hit the world.
Now i have a real problem finding a new ranged toon (i wont play melee toons) that creates equal fun while playing it.
so i need some suggestions what to roll.
here the restrictions:
no fire based toons, no kinetics, no melee toons, no new illusionist, good damage and solo friendly -
here is a simple calculation for the use of the PF Proc:
The proc gives you 10% of your Endurance with 20% chance to proc.
in autopowers the proc fires off all 10 sec.
this means:
100 end *0,1= 10 end (when it fires off)
10 end/50= 0,2 end (it fires each 50 sec for you)
when you only have stamina the first lvl 50 Endmod IO gives you 0,18 end/sec and the second one 0,17 end/sec
PS is avaible from lvl 21 on so you can slot it with lvl 18 where the lvl 50 Endmod IO cant be slotted
In the end that means the PS proc gives you more end/sec as every other IO you can slot in stamina -
swarms or the things that come there when the real DE are defeated

define buffs a bit more:
Single Targhet Buffs or teambuffs
because Empathy has the best STbuff in the whole game with Adrenalin Boost and one of the best ST buffs with Fortitude
on the other hand FF cold Thermal or Sonic have great Teambuff potential
you forgot VEATS for thier double stacking leadership buffs paired with Mindlink for forts/widows which will give good defnumbers too

posi: dam/rech, acc/dam/end and the proc;
a end/rech/slow from a slow set and the slow proc
which gives:
47,7% dam and rech
42,4% end
21,2 acc and slow
