Soul is a great epic. Gloom and dark oblit already add quite a bit to survivability. But dont get tentacles, its pure crap.

For general PvE Virtue is the best place to play. If you like some PvP Freedom is the best choice. Justice can have somewhat of a late-night population as it is popular with Oceanic players.
Ghost town servers are good if you are a hardcore soloist. The performance of the zones will be much better on the ghost town servers, due to the low population.
In higher level content only twice (in 3 or so years) have i failed to start up a TF, avg tf takes only about 5 or so min to start up unless you get picky. Hell, most of the time i have at least 10-20 people on my global list online all on guardian. Not to mention raids almost always fill up a zone.
There are no ghost towns, maybe it appears that way to someone new to a server but that is never the case. -
Rogues and villains go to the red Ozone. Heroes and vig go to blue Ozone. No matter what.
If a villain goes blue they will no longer be able to access red Ozone and vice versa. Unless they go red again.

But to my knowledge, fortune, 2nd mutation, ninja run, etc. used to not work on Mo runs. But when i did an Mo after i20 they seemed to now work. Not 100% sure if the most recent patch has any affect on that though.
But the fact that they used to not work on Mo runs is what i was refering to, as in they finally know we should be able to use stuff WE PAID FOR. -
Because DM has an uber buildup. And added +dmg helps a scrapper much more than it helps a brute.

Barrier is much more useful on SS/fire, not only does it give you an awesome god mode but if you get it to Vrare on core you get 5% def at all times. Which means you dont have to slot so much to get to the soft cap, so you can get more +rech/recov etc. But yeah, you really do need to invest a bit in it (soft cap it) for it to really be awesome. And when i say awesome i mean [awesome.

I'm quite biased with regards to SS/fire but thats what i use as my main and i must say its quite good. It's like... master of all trades. It can farm. It can tank. It can kill AVs. And it aint to bad at PvP.

I am willing to bet that we have as a player base mastered these trials quicker than they had anticipated.
Yeah, it's likely this was supposed to stay hard for more than a few days... *crosses fingers* lets hope keyes island reactor (is that what its called?) is hard. Of course, maybe lambda/baf didn’t stay hard for very long because of the grind factor. Instead of running one every day or so a large number of the player base was running the trials back to back to back to back....so we all mastered it within a few hours rather than a few weeks. Hell, it was months until i was able to do apex (even tin) without dying but I've already done that on a few lambdas and most of the Bafs I’ve run. Of course, ilvl shifts don’t help make it hard either.
Hmm, before now i kind of liked how you could just do these over and over and over and then have rare in everything in a few days (Vrare if you are lucky). Or if you wanted just one of each every day, but who actually did that?But maybe that isn’t such a good idea because it causes the content to become old and stale way too quickly.

Was fighting a friend in RV few days ago, reactive was working i believe.
I dont think we know if its WAI or not, sure hope it is. -
1. Interface: reactive, enough said
2. Destiny: I just really like these powers, barrier finally gives me a god mode on my main
3. Alpha: not as flashy as the new slots but they offer very nice boosts of power, and being +1 is quite nice.
4. Judgement: Before it came out i thought it was gonna suck (less DPS than pretty much any AoE attack ever) but its suprisingly fun. Before they fixed ion it would have been number 1.
5. Lore: when the pets are out they are really quite awesome. But thats only 33% of the time, and if they die... -
It's a bug.
However, normal temps (nukes and that epicness) arent supposed to work. I'm hoping the devs get the idea that we should be able to use stuff we ACTUALLY PAYED FOR. -
Granite, you might be trying to reactivate veng while it still up. Which doesnt work, you have to wait for it to wear off before you can reapply it. But it could just be timed weird so that this always ends up happening during a rage crash. Thats all i can come up with.

To Ultrawatt congrats! I see 3 level shift insp in the tray. Did you need to use any during the event?
I bought 10 (5 for me 5 for jack) i think we each ended up using one. Didn't really need to though since we still had 11min left when we killed AV and neither of us even got close to death. Glowies went A LOT smoother than i though it would as well.

There is also Guardian Incarnates, quite a bit smaller than level 50/guardian (both of which are full as far as i know).

Yeah, getting even the 6 fillers we needed likely took as long as the trial. But we ended up doing it at the worst possible time, it wasn’t all that planned. Not only was there a scheduled mother ship raid forming on our server but quite a few people were off on the training room with the devs.

I think this is a pretty simple question, kind of. But does anyone know Marauder's regen rate, res/def and other stats?
