One cup of the yogurt has 120 calories and 20 grams of protein. You can mix it with any dip mix and it tastes great. (I know someone who combines the yogurt with chocolate pudding mix, but I can't vouch for the taste of that first hand. It sounds terrible to me.)
Im assuming the 0% refers to fat content?

Definitely going to look into this stuff. Yogurt is the food of masters.

Some guy in my LGTF last night got two (TWO!) purple drops in the one run alone. Absolute amazement and unbreakable constraint.

I cried myself to sleep with envy.

Ya I mean seriously, God forbid anyone use an inspiration. Those things make n00bs into warrirs. Its super brave to never use them.

And just for the sake of clarification, does anyone ever beat MMs solo?

  9. WoW took a serious dive with wrath. At least pre wrath I could say "I hate WoW" and mean "I hate that I spend so much time on WoW". Now its more "I hate WoW" as in "Lol that game is bad".

I can't wait to see what new lows it falls to with the next expansion. It seems the game just gets worse and worse with each update.

    Build Review

    looks really solid
  11. ice/em took some hurt with the changes to pvp. As it stands currently, animation time dictates damage to a certain extent. As such, ice/ with its uber fast animations lost a bit of its awesomeness. This also means that total focus took the place of bonesmasher for the "one melee attack you actually use in pvp" slot.

As with all things, ice/em can be made to work (-rech is still as good as it always was) but in the end psi/ and sonic/ (new fotm blaster builds) will outdo ice/.

If you can handle that fact, I think it is a character worth sticking with if you enjoy the style of play. Anything CAN work in this game, even if it isn't #1.

If you plan on doing serious amounts of competitive arena, however, you might want to consider a reroll.

    Build Review

This build definitely isn't one for the faint of heart. I'm going to criticize as though you arent my friend irl :P

I made a few changes to this build in terms of slotting but only changed a small part of power selection (superspeed at 50 as opposed to conserve, super jump in superspeed's spot at 14. Vertical movement is the most important in pvp when you have a -fly like hurl boulder). I think conserve can tend to go a bit amiss in a build with hibernate but I dont have experience with either stone melee sustainability (it seems pretty spendy, especially when tremor is factored in) or overall tanker gameplay so it could always be swapped in where SS is like you had it before.

I would have switched out Tremor for your other mallet (as it is, you could potentially run into the /EM problem with two of three hard hitters being 2.5/3.3 and the final having a 9sec CD pre hasten). The Mallets, imo, are what make stone unique in that they offer a very solid and consistent chain that allows for some nice sustained damage. But Tremor is harder hitting AND an AoE (offering slot muling as well as a neat tool vs MMs).

As for slotting, it seemed like your +haste stacking would get dominated by DRs. global 110% before hasten is the slightest bit overkill, at least when youre sacrificing in the +hp department as you can't rely entirely on hoarfrost. I brought it down to 85% (which is still a bit high, imo) and brought +hp (and +dmg and +def as a side effect) up. I also switched out all the force feedback procs for the same reason, changing them to damage procs. This keeps hoarfrost perma (in a vacuum) and your attacks chainable (mallet-->hurl could be spammed)

This build will obviously suffer from the woes of defense in pvp but tough and hp cap will help a good amount. I would suggest inv/, fire/, or even wp/ if I didn't know you in person and know that you like to play stuff no one else is playing. I also know you were one of the best arena mages on our server in WoW and want in on some serious Hibernate action haha. Your survivability will suffer and you'll be going uphill a bit but you're already aware of (and happy about) that so I won't push it.

Looks like a fun build though.

    Def vs. Res

To be fair, Defense isn't entirely worthless. Just not worth building a character over.

I have 47% global acc from sets and 17% perma +ToHit from tactics on my blaster and I do miss some clutch moves sometimes (finishing TFs/snipes and the such). Its when BU/Aim are factored in that everything goes south.

Its somewhat impossible for them to keep defense from being either horrible or completely overpowered because the entire idea of it lends to the "dodge it all or take it all:live or die" idea. Even the route of moderation would inevitably lead to extremes in one direction or the other.

When it comes down to it, the "dodge" mechanic in MMOs (in this case, defense) has historically needed a bit of a backup plan (think vanish, cloak of shadows, and even iceblock in WoW). Ice armor is about as close as you'll come to this but the animation time can kill the fun somewhat.

But I digress. To keep on topic I would suggest, as others have, to go for +HP above all. Fire armor and Invuln are generally your two best bets. Maybe (big maybe) elec armor come i16.
  14. I tend to attempt to be nice to noobs (and bads, for that matter. "I HAEV 65 MUNTH SO SHADDUP LOL!!" if you know what I mean) but I probably wouldn't if this game was in any way hard.

And like others said, I'm more than happy to help people who are open to suggestion. Ignorant dumbtards, while fun to screw with, are much more difficult to be levelheaded with.
  15. If its alright, I'd like to be a part of group 2. Running Riot is an IRL friend of mine.

    My character is Blazebro.

    Thanks

    Psi/EM blaster

Sad thing is, this guy probably gets assloads of kills.

    /facepalm
  18. I didn't read everything in this thread but I can say with 100% certainty that RV spiked massively on Justice during the time I was away (just before i12 hit to about 2 weeks ago). I used to be forced to farm bad stalkers in sirens but now I get to farm bad (insert class name here) in RV.
  19. I still tear RV up with my fire/em.

    Arena 2v2 help

So I've played CoH off and on for a long time, finding mixed success in pvp during my various stints. The last time I played was in i11-i12 where I could literally twoshot almost anyone on my fire/em blaster so I did a whole lot of zones and almost no arena.

Through this time, I played with the friend who got me into CoH all those years back. We really want to get into some 2v2 action with people for obvious reasons but he isn't sure what to roll. His main is a fire/em tank but we figured that with the changes to how fast /em tanks do their damage (read: very slowly, if in very bursty chunks), our characters together may not be the best combo.

So we were thinking maybe blaster/support (though we really just want anything that works well). I used to roll with a ill/emp controller in zones from time to time but with the changes to buff stacking and heals, I'm not sure if that is the direction we want to go and outside of that I really have no clue what is good anymore.

    TLDR

So my question is this: what are some of the most effective 2man teams for arena for 1) heroes and 2) villains.
