    Something is def bugged and in my case i have both assault tier 4 and melee tier 4. I switched out the assault for the melee and was still getting the passive damage bonus from assault even though i had melee equip, o btw it doesnt work the other way around though , you dont get the passive melee when i switch back to assault.

This happened to me about a year ago had DSL at the time, it turned out believe it or not that a street light was defective and that was actually causing enough interference to mess up my connection as soon as the sun went down! It took them several months to figure it out, since then i switch to cable and have very few issues now.

  6. Made a Medussa themed toon yesterday Earth/Poison troller name Gorgon Girl! Anyways so far it seems like a nice combo lvl 22 so far.
  7. I actually made Gohan hes at lvl 38 as a Energy/Energy Blaster not bad but yeah the squishy feeling when he does get hit takes away from the DBZ tough feeling lol!

I just wish the holds in some other buff/debuff sets (dark miasma and poisons) had some additional effects.

    Slowed Response vs Melt Armor. I STILL do NOT like how these even out. Melt Armor lasts longer and is permable, but Slowed Response is more easily permable AND has a bigger radius. Slowed Response also burns less endurance, and has a longer range, but that doesn't really bother me. I guess I can take solace in the fact that if a therm cast Melt Armor and got one-shotted right after, that debuff would last longer than Slowed Response under the same circumstances. I think Melt Armor should also have a 25ft radius to help justify its longer recharge time and heavier end cost, but that's just how the jealous therm feels

    I thought that a click res/def debuff was a specialty of Thermal Radiation, so I'm a little miffed that the "Willpower" of buff sets does that better. Is Time Manipulation an overpowered set overall? As many of you have pointed out, no. I now agree with you all on that. Thank you for the responses and putting things in better perspective in regards to Time Manipulation. I just have beef with the radius of Slowed Response. A small detail, I know, somebody call the WAAAAAmbulance on me :P
    Ref Time/Ice have a 50 def Chrono Freeze very nice synergy and stacking of holds, plus hitting slow response on a mob then dropping ice storm and blizzard on them is just so fun!

    Time actually isn't just up there with Rad and Kin... its competing with (and to some extent beating) Super Reflexes and Energy Aura.

    Well that explains why i was getting hit constantly in BAF ,even after eating about 10 purples and having soft capped def! So basically their attacks are almost auto hit.
  11. I cant believe people are complaning about a FREE power pool. You realize that also means you have more power pools to pick from now since fitness is inherent that means more possibilities to customize your character. Been plaing for 28 months and I always hear everyone complain that they can't wait to lvl 20 to get Stamina but hate having to put power selection off because of having to take 2 prerequisites, now the devs give it to us for free and we complain to! I guess you can't please everyone regardless of what you do. Devs this is awesome thanks dont change your mind please!

    I bet they are going to extend the server transfer deadline just wait and see, back in the end of last year they extended them several times not saying they will do anything quite like that but i think they might extend it another week.
