Not playing as much these days due to work and other RL stuff.
What would make you return to CoH?:
Took a break about 6 months ago to give WoW a shot. Got bored there after a couple of weeks, came back because I missed this game, the people and pelting Chelsea with snowballs to much.

Totally agree, Hide and AS are not your only ways of playing. Stand there and fight. If there is a PvE team wipe, my Stalker is more often than not going to be the last one to faceplant or be the only one left standing at the finish up.

Stalkers.... Not as squishy as you think.

My usual duoing partner and I had a Ice/Ice Dom (Me) and Nin/Nin Stalker (Him) combo a while back. It can work very well together with Critical Hits, Ice Patch, AoE Immobs etc...

Placate was never much of an issue seeing as he would only use it when Ice Slick was down. Guess the thing is that the two of us know how each other play and we do talk tactics with each other.

Random PuG how ever could be a very diffrent issue.

My level 37 Kat/Regen Scrapper is very close to reaching level 38, which means that Moment of Glory is open as a power selection to him.

In my time of playing CoH/V I have never leveled a /Regen to this sort of level so hence have no experience of playing MoG.

I've heard good and bad things about MoG and I'm sure I'm asking an age old question... To MoG or not to MoG?

Any advice or comments are well recieved.

I quite like the fact that alot of Heroes can see my Stalker in PvP. It takes away the relience on AS, allows you to work on your timing/positioning and generally adds to the challange of playing a Stalker in zone PvP when there are so many 'Stalker Hunters' kicking about.

From experience an Ice Dom and a EM/Nin Stalker makes a good duo.

Ice Slick and Caltrops are a good way to stop the aggro from getting out of control, plus as mentioned the added chance of Critical Hits from held mobs is always a good thing.

Not really. The dectection issues are based on Perception, Stealth and Range.

Its been discused here and has a few pretty numbers involved with it.

Your hieght and build my help or hinder you in breaking line of sight in PvP zones, but in PvE it makes no diffrence as far as stealth and perception goes anyway.
