    that's what I did.
    I stand at 42% S/L/E/N actually with the "char" build, and will upgrade it to 45% with Glads as soon as I have the money (need 1b more ... I'll need to farm a bit)
    it's really nice, I have no difficulty tanking anything from TF to trials, and that's why this toon was made !

  7. you're not doing it right.
    first, the tanker have a really low base damage, so it's not really the good AT to deal damages.
    since you don't raise your def, nor your res, go for a brute, you'll deal more, and tank as much damage.

    second, your slotting is weird.
    4-slotting with expensive purples IO is ... eer ... you miss the best bonus of the set (i.e. the 10% rech bonus)

    third.
    talking about rech bonus... I can't see what you are trying to stack.
    you want more damage, but you are not stacking damage or recharge
    in fact you aren't stacking anything, it look likes you puts random sets on every power of your toon, without any goal to reach.

    if I would make a quick fire/fire tank build in the price range of yours, I'd go for this (it's a quick build, it can really be tweaked)

    nice idea for the force feedback proc ! I like it.

    I'm not using energize only for the end reduction, but it contributes for it a lot.

    I'm still with a 2/sec end recovery + proc without it, when super speed is off, that's more than enough.

    I also like the idea of power sink instead of hurl, whith what would you slot it ?

    my build is defense soft-capped in Slash,Lethal, and energy, meaning you won't be hit by most of the shots, and it has better resist in case of a lucky shot from your enemy.

  23. I don't really understand why you take rock armor without minerals.
    Aegis might cill be better than gladiators (and give you 5% run speed)

    if you really want to get purples (wich can cost up to 200mil/each) and build for recharge and run speed, try this:
