well I was hoping to get in on this once again. But work is not being fun, started with a page at 1am last night (quick work but still a pain) 8am normal time in and wont be done until 10pm tonight (with 2 hours off during that time).

I seen pugs fall apart all of the time because things are just not meshing, might be someone running off on there own, personallity conflicts. what ever, I do try to give teams a 2-3 mission try before I jump if I feel it is just bad. Last weekend I jumped on a put, warned them I could only play for a few missions and when I was leaving, I was wishing I could stay longer. I really didnt know anyone on the team.

I also known that I caused some greaf from wanted to play at the extream lvl I can do (Pungu style, maxed everything and moving fast) Not everyone can handle it or wants to play that way. I can say I am jones'n for a power run.

but I do my best to have fun, and adjust to lvl ppl are playing (maybe push it up a bit if I think its a team thats just floating along).

Twisted Dom, my fire/psi Dom hit 50 on tuesday during an ITF run.

Neuronia ITF was fun and we seem to be softcap on a lot of things with that team. Thanks all that were on it.

I dont mind doing pugs on fun runs through radios, the basic TF (ones needed for TFC badge). That is a good way to open up out the Elete group status and find some potental new good players to team with.

speed Posi I have a set list of 6-8 ppl I would like on my team, but no more than 3-4 would be used at one time.

Speed ITF's everyone knows the key leaders and Normal itfs pugs work, but still like to have the team to know what options are out there to do.

Now like others have said having a good player on the team is always nice. They have options if something else is needed and can adapted and win in times of bugs (lvl 40 EPP in Manties come to mind)

running on a team yesterday with 2 above me and one below. We all got XP and I did have the 2 higher lvl toons scream woot when they got another power to use when I did lvl. We were doing my mission just to make things easyer for the one that was working on getting there travel power.

The slider bars work and if I didnt know about those I would have gotten a bit upset each time I zoned.. there are times I will click the door and use that time to get a drink. I got back with a couple secs left before it auto kicked me.

I was trouble shooting a game machine, last night when the raid started .. So I missed it.

This week I cant do it .. still have company in town. The following week I would be able to get my widow lvl 12 or my Fort lvl 19 (I think) on for some xp.

I think the 1st week in Oct would be nice time to start. I didnt want to post until I really new what was up with team butter.

I have a fire/storm corr at lvl 5 (StormCat Slacker)

most of my toons will have stock colors, I think I might play around with one of my imps, make my villian ebil have gold imps.

I am more for the new lvl settings.
