  1. I love this show. what got me hooked was the writers treating this like an ongoing drama as opposed to just another cartoon. Things are completely resolved in a neat half hour block. Things like how panther was introduced to the team, or the whole skrull invasion.

wow that is crazy accurate it even includes Jubilee and Robin although it calls it a onesided flirting thing and I would call it more of a one night stand/singe date thing but thats a minor complaint considering an X family tree had Robin on it at all.
  3. Last couple of days I took my night widow from villian > Rogue > Hero with no problems at all. If there is a bug for Rogues getting tips its not impacting everyone yet.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to find someone else running tip missions and join them for theirs.

This is, simply put, a power which has no right to exist.

The Curse of Weariness is not intended to cripple you in the fight with that one Sorcerer who slaps it on you. You can just chug inspirations and muscle through that. The curse is intended to FORCE downtime on you, and for quite a while, too. It's intended to make you suck for five minutes unless you go out of your way and BUY a power needed to break it. That's pretty much the texbook definition of a dick move.

The curse of Weariness needs to be brought down to the duration of the Mask of Vitiation, or at 60 seconds or thereabout, and the Cursebreaker turned into multi-use protection from it that lasts, say, an hour each use.
Have you done the Apex TF yet? I'd happily deal with the curse all day as opposed to that stupid blue aura... yeah I'm looking at you Battle Maiden
  5. no accuracy really needed because it checks multiple times even if the first chance proc chance misses freezing rain will at some point debuff their defense and the proc will have a few more chances to hit.

That's not fun.
If I recall correctly this is the mission where the malta can take out frost fire but the mission is still able to be completed. IF this is that mission than on my trollers, doms, scrappers, and tanks I love it. On anything else its a sad sad day.
  7. Everyone else already summed this up but I have a 50 earth/storm and a 50 plant/storm and love them both.

My Earth was first and even fully IO'd at lvl 50 she is painfully slow to solo but is pretty much never in danger.

My Plant troller on the other hand rips through mobs (don't laugh but I use her for farming when I can bring myself to grind) and has good controls but can't lock down nearly as many mobs as earth can.

I suggest you make one of each I suspect you'll like having both playstyles available.

Thats been suggested before but knowing how I am I will be more annoyed with the shouting and props people apparently bring.
  10. I have to say as someone who is not a fan of RHPS I thought this episode was really good. In fact it actually made me want to try watching RHPS again (never got past the first 30 mins or so).

    So, what's left?

Good question and I can only really think of two which have already been mentioned ... Water control and Time control.

I would love Psi Melee ala psylocke and some sort of mystic spell casting set (I love the look of the demon summoning animations and the temp Croatoa power) but of course both can be reasonably simulated with whatÂ’s in game now.
  12. Turbo not sure if you got my email but I won't make it home until 830/845 if there's room/time I'll join otherwise good luck
  13. I'll be on my scrapper more than likely unless a controller is needed.

    Halloween Mobs

No real problems so far but I did notice more boss mobs spawning than before (could be my imagination) and it seems door mobs are actually able to scale higher as I was playing my lvl 50 scrapper and someone elses door mob came running by and it was all purples.

Then they expect us to believe that Clark actually has a secret identity after all these things he does RIGHT IN FRONT OF PEOPLE'S EYES!
Maybe I was just totally out in left field but I thought nobody said anything because after years of saving people and stopping MF plots pretty much all of Clarks classmates know about his powers. I know it seems to be a stretch but Buffy did something like that. By the time the did the high school graduation episode everyone pretty much knew about Buffy even though none of them ever really spoke about it. Quite a few episodes I believe even acknowledge the fact that her class mates knew or at least suspected her powers.

*edit* also the freak of the week Brainiac mind wiped also supports the above since she mentioned that a number of people always talked about clark saving/stopping them. I am open to the idea it could have been bad writing just saying that wasn't my first thought when i saw that.

uhhh I use them because they cause hellions to look at them funny is that wrong...lol

Seriously I usually summon the pets to take the small buff but to me they work even better as a distraction. Even if it is for just a few seconds thats time one or more enemies are leaving me alone.
  19. I do take the axe on some toons but only because I can get 3 of the 4 vet attacks anyway. If I was limited to just mu or the axe it would be Sands everytime.
  20. Option 2 for me.

I would prefer a middle ground between 1 and 2 (which imo is updating the user interface to include a legacy costume option... that would allow those of us who want to use older pieces still get to them while allowing folks who just want the updated parts to avoid them) but if that is totally off the table than it has to be option 2.

I love updates as much as the next guy but the older pieces can really be used to make some amazing out of the box looks. The newer pieces tend to be less flexible.
  21. Sorry it took so long to get back here some good info above thanks.

I took sprint and hurdle mostly because I really didn't want the other powers avail, neither needed any real slots invested, and yes to boost Ninja Run.

Honestly I'm not sure what to do with Tornado. On my earth/storm I used it all the time for damage but with my plant/storm I find I rarely use it outside of EB/AVs or asa panic button in case things go wrong and I need to buy some time. I don't think I want to drop it because when I do use Tornado it is really handy. I was thinking about putting the force feedback +recharge proc in it but again I use it so rarely not sure it would really help. (plus if I do change my build I think I would get more out of it in fissure)

I didn't know that about Earths Embrace but honestly I don't have a single accolade yet. I use this mostly for the heal when I am in trouble than the HP boost and the slotting was simply to get a bit more global recharge.

I'd def like to see more info on getting capped Defense. I pretty much tried to build based on high recharge and the mindset that the best defense is a good offense.

Contagious Confusion is something I wondered about but wasn't sure how it would work in an aoe confuse power.

thunder clap is another rarely used power I picked up because I didn't really have anything else I wanted. Occasionally I use it to stack with Fissure but very very rarely do I need to use it.

Seismic Smash I thought about as well but I wanted to go a more AOE route and I was worried about having the slots for it.

Overall I'm open to some build changes although I must say at the moment my controller plays wonderfully. I'm far from the pro farmer but I do use this toon for some farming at times so keeping that in mind and with the info above any other suggestions?
  22. I figure I'll add my build to the list of suggestions
