Anyone willing to trade defiant influence for union infamy. Im thinking about starting villains on union, and some infamy would really help me.

Have to agree with X. His pentad team are a nightmare to fight against. Gatling (their blaster) I think i seen twice in the 10min match we had out doors. PvPers have said to me theres to many -fly powers to make fly viable in pentad matchs. My team had had 5 -fly powers between us but if you cant find your target they arnt much use. "Ninja Empath"

I dont think we know if it works. TK + 1 hold will hold any boss, meaning there is some stacking effect. I think it will effectively add another hold, but Im not sure.
I say go ahead, use your TK.
Worst case it doesnt work and nothing lost.
Best case; its a permanant stacked hold which is more than any other power can deliever. -

No use slotting SS more either because 1 slotted SS + 1 slotted Sprint as far as I know is movement speed cap, and I have 3 slots in Sprint.
If anything, I think I'd drop TP Foe for Combat Jumping, I'd prefer Combat jumping anyway to be honest, I feel it's less 'cheap'. I'd give it two jump enhancers but no more, no chance I'd drop Energy Torrent though, it's too useful, my Ranged attack chain is very important to me.

Ok do have to agree on that. When i drop down to a 5% hp and i launch my Total focus (hellooooo dmg), halfway midsky flying down i get hit to a faceplant, the power wont execute anymore.And so far i know, blizzard wont get boosted by defiance.

Useing TF which has a 3/4 sec act. time while at 5% health is just asking to be face planted. Better to fire of BIB(the slow would help) or bone smasher. both would even be quicker than TF.
I like defiance just the way it is. Blasters are damage dealers. It lets you deal extra damage. Sounds about right to me

Best solution is to use your knock back (power thrust), or your hold. It gives you time to launch big hitters like total focus and bonesmasher. -

Fun to play, and by far the best PvE scrapper IMO.
Your build is actually pretty close to the build Im thinking about but...
I would drop energy Torrent which would make room for combat jump, and give the slots for that and hurdle. 2-3 in Cj - 3 in hurdle.
Get SJ instead of TP-foe. Put a run more and a end red in SS. -

From what I can see, if you want to PvP with a troller the only way to go is Psi, Indom Will can save you lots of times and save you loads of BF slots in the insp tray on wich you can put something else.

Simply disagree. Mind lacks in the damage department due to very long animations. I tend to think this is the worst epic for PvP (after earth, but noone even considders that one). Primal/fire are by far the best PvP choices.
Your mez protection should be covered by kins/emps/sonics. Not a power with a silly recharge.
Psy damage isnt that frequent in PvP. Only defenders and a few trollers have it, so the shield is no worse or better than any of the other. Fire shield is by far the best. -
What is your problem Maximus_Prime? Have you ever been to a Hamidon raid? Do you know how much lag every player is getting?
You do know that lag is the primary reason to us failling every time?
Everyone makes sacrifises at a Hamidon raid, if you dont we fail. Yeah sure, we could have everyone doing what ever they would like, but then you will have 100+ heroes wasting 2 hrs.
I seriously dont understand you man.
PS. Kinetics should speedboost everyone in sight. This will keep them more than busy. -

Biggest mistake I found this time, is the lack of jump powers. Combat Jump/hurlde would make a huge difference. -

These are the powers to get. Rest is optional, and down to playstyle. Actually there is a lot of reasoning in choosing weapons mastery for webgranades (-jmp).
My own choice of darkness mastery is pure concept, but it actually has a lot of things going for it in 1on1's. I can force trollers to bring all bf's against me. Few other scrapper build can do this. -

Assasin strikes
Assassin strikes are easy to negate in teams. There are lots of counters.
Bubblers, clearmind/clarity, stacked tactics (1 is enough in Warburg), Stormies, Ice slick, Chilling embrace, Artic Air and lots more.
Some stalkers (Martial Arts, Ninja blade are the worst) are very dependent upon AS to do damage. Min/max'ers tend to choose spines or nrg to negate this. Still none of these can 1 hit kill you, and since only 50% of the attack is unresisted, you can use sonics to make sure, you arent even 2 hit killed. This means the only type of damage thats really mean is the spikeing kind. Multible assists from different AT's on the same target.
Buffing as protection
Villans have a [censored] load of shields to stop these spikes.
Ice shield, Glacial shield, sonic barrier, sonic haven, fire shield, plasma shield, increased density, deflection shield, Insulation shield.
With stacked shields villains are very hard to kill, and if they have healers (therm. Rad.), it gets even worse.
Every time I hear some that says, I cant buff you all cause of ..., I get sick. Of cause you can, you just need to play faster, and slot shields with range enhancements!
note on stalkers and defending
Most stalkers dont know how non squishy they are. They should learn to protect the corrs better. You always see stalkers running away, and never sticking to protect your core of corruptors. Thats a big mistake IMO.
Movement
Movement is very, very important. Its very, very hard for melee type classes to do damage, if people are always moving. All PvP toons should have slotted combat jump (2-3 jumps) and slotted hurdle (3 jumps) - unsuppressed movement. And add in superspeed too, it really helps. If the devs arent changing whirlwind, get that too.
Moving arround untill your team can assist, is a good idea. This goes for attacking, and defending.
Know what powers do!
If you see a dark defender, know that tarpatch will stop you from jumping, and slow your superspeed. When you attack a group with this power either kill the dark first, or take the fight away from the tarpatch.
Know how often powers stun, and how much damage they do. It helps surving.
There are lots of tricks if you know when and how to fight. So study powersets.
If you follow these rules, you shouldnt get 1 hit killed every time, you enter a zone. -

I have heard the devs put the acc buff in MA cause felt MA was underpowered at the time (issue 1,2 or 3). There had been lots of whining about MA earlier on.

Mezzes? Bring emps/sonics/kins... or simply bf's.
There are all sorts of counters, but they all require a team. Yes a team which is also why I love this game. Noone is powerfull on their own, but teams can own all. -

I read that the hami-tank was a real tanker though? We have been using regen scrappers.. Dunno why its needed though..I think two empaths could keep a normal tank alive in there. And it might be safer having a real tank doing taunting for precisely this reason.

Yes of cause. We cant have scraps doing the tanking. They cant take the beating. Said in another way. They dont have 3000+ hp when entering the goo.
Edit: With my 2 powerboosted regen Aura's, I will even have more regen than any regen scrapper. -
