I would like to see chest pattern that is more of an expanded version of "Diablo". Where it covers more of the top chest area and covers the shoulders.

I have tried playing widows in the past but could not get past lvl 10 with them before I get distracted with another build. I have altitis in a bad way, but I want to see this on through.
I was wanting to go for a Fortunata build that used both the dart attacks and psychic powers. I also wanted it to be a long range fighter. I tried to fit Aim in there but could not find room, it was either that or give up vengence.
In Mids, mind link would not take recharge ios so I had to use IO sets to get it down. I am not sure if that will also work in the game if the power is not meant to accept recharge reductions, but according to Mids I got it to perma.

Do PB's still need a damage buff? Inner Light can be made perma with enough recharge. Then with the new form shift you can use Inner Light in Nova and Dwarf without losing time. Also their are set bonuses in IO sets that can give a damage buff.
I personally don't like the Inherent Mez protection idea for PB's. We have Dwarf for this and I think it is enough. If the human had a definance inherent like the blasters where you can still use your tier1 - tier2 powers then I go for that. -
1. Get rid of Proton Scatter on the human form. Animation seems too long and the damage is low that it doesn't even seem worth picking the power up anyway. Pure conjecture on my part.
2. With Proton Scatter gone I would replace it with a sniper attack that does the one handed open palm animation. It could be called "Solar Lance". If the animation is going take time I would like some bang for my buck, plus I think it would look cool on a PB.
If the sniper does not grab you then maybe a small range melee attack. Have the human form create a blade of light. It could do Energy/Lethal damage. The animation would be akin to Vegito's energy sword for those of you that have ever watched DBZ. It could be called "Solar Blade", "Cosmic Sword", or maybe "Starcalibur"
3. Change Photon Seekers so that they fire at your target instead of waiting for them to find it. That way they can be shot from a far at the single enemy but still have the explosion hit any surronding mob. Probably tweek the radius which I think is 10 to maybe 15 or 20. Then it can be used either from a distance or up close. I never had much use for the things following me around.
Change the animation to the three puffs flying in a spiral formation at the target with a little comet tail going. -

This is the PB Human/Dwarf build I am working on. I really wanted to go mostly human but the healing power and mez resist in dwarf was too tempting to pass up.

I am currently using a Human/Dwarf build and decided to take stamina. Before I had stamina it seemed my guy was running out of end too fast. So far I have been happy with my choice.
If you do not end up taking stamina you could always beef up the end recovery in Dwarf and use that form to recover end between mobs. -
I tried to roll one last week and only got it to lvl 8. It felt to me that I was struggling with killing mobs even with siphon power boosting my damage. I wanted to gear the build to being a sapper but looking at how long it would take to get to Transference and FS I decided to roll a Energy/Kin corr and try to go with that instead. So far I prefer the Energy/Kin over the Elec/Kin, especially getting Power Burst at 6 helped with my damage output.

Thank you Candlestick for your input. I did a little editing to the build. I dropped Zapp and the pet. I took hasten but not ss, instead I took hurdle to increase my jump height. I went on the test server to see if the power would run with ss (I guess that would be hoping for too much.) and found that the two would not work at the same time. I took out the stealth unique from sprint because I will be mostly using this build for PVE. Along with this build I have put my dual build I plan to use for PVP.
The PVP build does have ss so I plan to set up a key bind that would interchange it with Ninja Run. Also on the PVP build I dropped Spine Burst for Barb Swipe, dropped Conductive Shield, and pushed Placate back to a later level (I read on the Placate bugged post that people were having problems with it in pvp, but I am not sure if this is still the case).

I am working on a rad/pain dom that I have currently at lvl 22. I took enforced morale when it became available at lvl 16. I have not really used it that much other than when some has rezzed using a wakie. I find it troubling to keep the team constantly buff with it between during missions. Plus I do not like that damages the teamate I buff. The only thing I really like about this power is that it does not need additional slotting.
I am thinking of either respecing my character and put off enforced morale later on so I can take on stamina, or just not take it all.
So for the other pain doms out there have you taken this power into your build and has it been worth the powerslot?

Will shields be a draw back for a tri form in PVP or will it add to the pb's survivability? Since keybinds can only activate one power at a time I see the shields as a drawback if you are shifting in the heat of battle. You really can't take much time trying to get shields up.

The animation for KO Blow does not seem to be that bad to me. It would be nice to take a look at Punch's animation first. For that one I would like to see the same animation used for Charged Brawl or Energy Punch.

I am making a stalker for pvp with Will Power as my secondary. Will the plus perception from Heigthened Senses be enough to see cloaked adversaries like the Device Blasters, or will it be wise to pick up Tactics along the way also?

I plan to use Swift to make my combat flight more manuverable and then use the slots I have for combat flight for defense enhancements. I plan to stay in combat flight for most of my battles until I needed to use Solar Flare. The reason why I have a second slot in energy flight is to take advantage of the Freebird/Soaring set. I haven't decided which one I would try to nab. One gives you recovery and hp boost, and the other gives you regen but the hp boost is only half of the over.
As for build-up I would like to take it earlier but I really wanted to have an attack like Protron Scatter/Luminous Detonation early on. I probably could get away with pushing Combat Jumping back.

I apologize I really only have questions instead of advice. I was wondering why you took Quatum Shield over Thermal Shield? Incandesence gives you Energy/Negative energy resistance though it is only half of what you would get from Quatum Shield. However if you take that out and put Thermal Shield in its place you would have at least some resistance for all forms of damage between your two shields and Incandesence.
Also why take Gleaming Bolt at 49 and Pulsar at 47? By that time you get to those powers you would have already have an attack chain in place that would function without them. Maybe try to work Pulsar earlier into the build? -
Hi, I am currently working on a Human/Dwarf build. I am wanting to fit Pulsar into my build and was wondering what any of your expierences with this power have been or if you did not take the power what turned you off about it? I know it will need to have a couple Acc enhancments put in it and that it will mostly effect the minions, but it seems to help with mobs from the information I have found on it so far.
Also I do not have Hasten in this build and would like to get it in there. The following powers I would give up for it are Restore Essence or Quantum Flight, but I like both these powers and can't decide which one to ditch.
Any advice will be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time.
