Enforced Morale, is it really worth taking?
In my opinion, all the mez breaking powers are worthwhile. The damage is trivial.
You need not keep it up on all team members. Yes, like all mez breaking powers, it's got a short duration and a long-ish animation. You don't have to worry about using it on non-squishies, but I do try to make all efforts to keep it up on someone else that can break a mez that hits me. 10% of the time, they may well actually hit you with an ID, or EM or whatever tool they have that could help.
I could rant here, this has become one of my bigger frustrations, even when typing in chat "zzz" getting no support when someone could de-mez, but I'll hold off.
Global = Hedgefund (or some derivation thereof)
Enforced Morale is absolutely critical to what a support set like Pain does. It's more important than the heals and more important than the aura toggle. Unless you can learn to buff the team with it, proactively during missions, then you're not doing your job as a /Pain.
It's very typical for support type characters to need mez protection more than other characters, because when they get mezzed, it's already too late. RI and EF have gone down, DN has gone down, Sonic Disruption has gone down, the Dom can't lay down controls, there's nobody to debuff or re-buff, etc. Waiting for the 'ZZZ' in chat is not good enough. By then, it can be too late to stop a team wipe.

Trying to keep a very short duration buff up on everyone all of the time is an exercise in frustration - and that's coming from a /kin main! I spam SB; I don't spam ID.
Prioritize taking/slotting it according to your goals (SFs? AVs? Doors? AE?) are and what you're giving up to get it. For straight AE spam or most door missions, it's nice to have but not required.
If you take it, prioritize using it based on what you're about to encounter - Goldbrickers and Malta require different tactics than Madness Mages and Ring Mistresses.
I am working on a rad/pain dom that I have currently at lvl 22. I took enforced morale when it became available at lvl 16. I have not really used it that much other than when some has rezzed using a wakie. I find it troubling to keep the team constantly buff with it between during missions. Plus I do not like that damages the teamate I buff. The only thing I really like about this power is that it does not need additional slotting.
I am thinking of either respecing my character and put off enforced morale later on so I can take on stamina, or just not take it all.
So for the other pain doms out there have you taken this power into your build and has it been worth the powerslot?
