    The challange keeping others alive....while a good one...is sometimes impossible. NEVER underestimate the human ability of stupidity.

    That being said...Kruunch said. Nothing like being able to take it all and be able to laugh at the stupitity of others (ok he didnt really say that ..I paraphrased...sue me).

    Example:

    I tell the squishies to get in a corner the ambush is coming...

    what do they do?

    They spread out to all areas and ignore my 2nd telliin of them to get in the corner so I can grab agro with my mud pots and taunt. *sigh You can't fix stupid (Not even your own sometimes LOL)

    Basiclly I love the feeling of being able to take a lickin and keep on tickin ( unless its psionic *mumble stupid psionic *grumble brain hurts must stop thinking *mumble)
  3. Ok...

    so Ive looked at Shield defense...and I can see where the defensive cap can be reached. Defensive cap is 45% right? ( I could be wrong)

    But what im wondering is this (and of course I could be totallymisunderstanding this) if you have a cap of 45% melee (lets say) that means that 45% of the incoming melee attacks will miss you right? If that is right that means that 55% of the attacks will hit you. So to my mind (and of course once again I could be wrong) that means your still going to take alot of damage...with no resistance...thats bad right?

    Now ..can someone explain to me (like Im the moron my ex-wife calls me) how exactly this works? It just seems kinda squishy to me. I have NO experience with SD so please convince me its good or viable

  15. Ok...ive played numerous tanks...and brutes. My favorite is my Stone/Stone brute...purple sets...etc...etc...etc about a 2 billion build over a year ago.

    Thus being said I was making a stone/stone tank (I have my fire/fire and SD/Fire) because to be quit frank nothing gives me more pleasure than standing in the middle of a gazzillion mobs and reading a newspaper while my mud pots kill them ( or tremor on auto with mud pots)

    That being said...here is my stone/stone build...yes God knows I know its going to be stoooooooopid expensive...but It gives me something to strive for.

    Now my experience comes from playing brutes...I love my stone./stone brute. I love tanking...and if I have a kin or two I am a unstoppable juggernaut! WOOT

  21. Well been doing quicksand and stlagmites....working very well so far. I still get some scatter but I definatly see more DPS and drop the mobs faster.

    Now to finish slotting everything lol

    I would think (of course im falling asleep so my brain my be farting) that Earth would be better combined with Burn...
