  1. A power in each set that gives the nova form or the dwarf form an additional power. I personally would like a 20 sec defense power for the nova form, and a 20 sec resist power for the dwarf. Make them similar to icy bastion. A boost that wouldn't make them crazy powerful, but would give them an oh crap button. Just a small buff to the Kheldian.

    I never make it for freedom friday, but I noticed no one asked about any stalker changes in the future. Has this been brought up on freedom friday before?

    Personally I am having a blast with StJ/Ice.
    I am only 38 (love Icy Bastion) but it has been a fun ride.
  5. Stalkers higher damage, scrappers higher survive.
    both should do more damage than brute and tanker.

    Like -regen/heal.
    increase damage, hell yeah.
    AS speed up, interrupt reduced (or none).
    AS should be inherent.
    Give back AOE potential.
    Isn't the stalker crit chance Higher?
  7. I am having a blast with Street Justice. My combo chain is great, placate->crushing uppercut is fast and very damaging (lvl 3 critical is more than AS). I would like rib cracker, but the Set is fantastic.
    my chain is:
    build up-> AS -> Shin breaker -> crushing -> heavy blow -> shin breaker -> spinning strike
    heavy blow -> shin breaker -> sweeping cross.

    if they don't revamp stalkers and make AS or Placate an inherent power, they could change shin breaker to something like double strike, a mix of shin breaker and rib cracker.
    (slighting higher damage as shin breaker, but -def, -res. maybe a couple seconds of extra recharge/end).

    Seriously that's four powers that are identical in all stalker melee.
    Assassin strike has vary to due damage types (smashing, energy, etc.)
    Give me different debuffs for each character.
    Placate probably can't vary too much but it's like how tankers all have taunt.

    Hide, each armor usually has something they excel at defense wise (or regen). Why not add it to hide (cold defense, regen, higher positional). Each hide should be a little different.

    Build up, seriously. You can make minor variations with each one. higher damage with energy, fire, smashing. Hell maybe add a debuff and rename the power.

    You give four powers that are identical in all their melee and armor, kind of boring.
  9. increase of damage vs hp cap. I want a killer with moderate armor and lower life VS a decent melee damage with slightly above low life and mod armor. Give me all around more damage damage and crippling debuffs in the assassin strike (make it more worthwhile outside hide).
  10. that is true. i'd rather have a faster recharge heal because over healing doesn't help me. i actually love energize (to which dull pain with a +regen makes sense). then ice armor could get a similar power but perhaps a %2 increase to defense vs regen.
  11. perhaps with ninjitsu heal. Never actually played ninjitsu but I have heard good things. I'm almost to icy bastion. Still if some +hp max was left in, then that would help with the psi.

    While i'm on a posting binge.
    I want a new powerset just for stalkers.
    A mix of Fire and Toxic on the hellfire whip was a neat idea.
    These should be lethal, fire, and toxic.

    The blade attacks could focus on crippling your foes and surprising them.
    A couple power ideas.

    Swift Charge
    You quickly charge your foe in the blink of an eye. This attack will catch your foe off guard, giving them less chance to dodge it. This advantage also increases the chance to critically injure your foe.
    TP to foe.
    High Damage.
    Slow recharge.

    Kidney Stab
    This backstab aims to stop your foe from filtering toxins out of their body. They lose resistance to toxic damage and will find it harder to move quickly.
    +Slow -res(Toxic)
    Moderate Damage.
    Slow recharge.

    Arm Slice
    This quick attack aims at reducing your opponents ability to fight back.
    -Dam
    Low Damage.
    Quick recharge.

    i'm tired of all stalkers having build up.

    Hellfire Vision
    Take in more power temporarily. You are able to hit your opponent more accurately, and with more damage. The toxicity of your attacks are greatly increased.
    +Dam(All, but lower than Build Up)
    +Additional Dam(Toxic)
    +Acc

    Assassin's Strike
    Lethal, Fire, Toxic

    Tear up
    3 quick slices to your foe.
    High Damage
    Slow Recharge

    Death Whirl
    Your charge your dagger with extra hellfire and do a spin attack. Closer enemies will receive extra lethal damage from the blade. The blade extends outward with hellfire, hit more enemies a little farther away.
    Up to 5 enemies (4ft for lethal, 8 ft for hellfire)
    Mod Damage.
    Slow Recharge.

    Heart stab
    You grasp the dagger with both hand, raise it above your head, stab fiercely into the heart of your foe, and then twist. This attack deals great damage to your foe. This will cripple your opponent.
    -res -def +slow
    Higher chance to crit.
    High Endurance cost.
    Superior Damage.
    Long Recharge.
  14. Many people don't like the fact that hoarfrost and dull pain have a +max hp component that is underwhelming to a stalker due to the low hp cap.

    Perhap stalkers should just get a different power.

    Icy skin/Thick Skin
    +%20 heal
    +%10 resist to all but Psionic for 30 seconds

    simply gain resistance vs max hp cap. The resistance would be more useable on the stalker.
    This power should probably cost the same as energize and have same recharge.
    The resistance wouldn't cap on a stalker and max hp can be achieved with i/o's if you miss it.
  15. yeah if i hit you in the spine or at the heart or throat, -acc and fear are NOT what come to mind. reducing their ability to dodge, harder for them to heal, those are reasonable debuffs. the demoralizing helps keep your butt alive sure, but when i'm fighting an AV, it doesn't seem to do much.
    Watching a few guys cower in fear and lose acc isn't making me kill faster, just not die.

  16. see, at least if they were crippled you'd feel a little better. You'd also feel better if your assassin could focus and then hit multiple targets at a vital points
  17. well thematically, the enemy should be debuffed when hit by an assassin strike. they should be crippled.

    i think an assassin could hit more than one target thematically. you paused, calculate your movements, and strike quick. the animation could be altered for when it is a multi-strike.
  18. Build Up should be replaced with a power called focus. It still does +Dam +Acc, but it also allows Assassin Strike to become a piercing attack that can strike up to 3 enemies within a very narrow cone. (or just AOE and hit 3 nearby targets at a vital point). I think this could help the stalkers do higher AOE damage, especially in sets that lost AOE in translation.

    Also, if assassin strikes are hitting vital points of the body, why aren't their side effects like -res, -def, slow, immob, -regen, -heal.....anything like that.
  19. I happen to come across this old post.
    I may not agree with some of these suggestions. But the epics got a 5th power. Power pools could use the same love. Especially Presence. The devs have gotten better at revamping powers that are extremely rare for people to pick. The presence pool should definately be looked at if nothing else.
  20. Energy Drain for end drain is great. For heal it is ok. I have an end drain build (elec/energy aura) and i love that. But when fighting 1 guy, the heal is almost nothing.
    I just think changing Conserve Power to something that gives a lesser end discount and a regen component.

    Although they gave a minor heal to Energy Drain, it is a little underwhelming.
    I would like to see Conserve power changed similar to how Electric's was changed. But since there is already a heal component in Energy Drain, add a regen component only.

    59% endurance discount.
    instead of a heal and 100 regen, just do 200% regen.
  23. Enforced Morale is bugged period. I have it on my MM so I don't know if the same bug exists in Corrs. The power will not always give all the buffs. I've seen it only give +perception, and rarely, nothing. I have bugged it numerous times without seeing it fixed. It seems to be random on what buffs are given (again MM version).
