Every AT gains at least 1 powerset -- Masterminds only get a Secondary, no new Primary. Brutes get 2 new Primaries, and 1 secondary. Everyone else gets 1 Primary and 1 Secondary.

With 5 IOs in Hasten, you need 135% recharge (65 bonus + 70 hasten). With 133.8% you'll get it to stack a few times, but it will crash every once and a while.

The devs reasoning for lack of Domination boosting the Confuse and the missing bubbles is that the effect is meant to be passive. i.e. the mobs are getting lost in the fog, you're not really confusing them. Although in that case it wouldn't really make sense to be able to slot Confuse enhs.

Unless they lessened the chance and kept and or possibly lowered the duration, I'd agree that it's be a bit too much to give AA a Domination boost.

I wouldn't mind seeing something done to bring up Ice in Domination mode, but probably not this.

I had assumed the "unique" quality meant you could only have one of each purple set. If it is actually one purple set per toon, how does that work? Once you slot a purple you can't slot purples from any other set or is it once you complete a purple set you can't complete any other purple set?

For clarification, you can have as many purple sets as you want, you just can't have more than one of each enhancement slotted. Hmmm, reading that it doesn't sound too clear, heh. You can have multiple purple sets, just not more than one of the same set.

While they should work when you exemplar they currently do not.
