I would love to get the banner badges on my villain badger. I'd be in for it.

I need to try this trail again now with the new exempting rules. It would be nice to have all but your last power when doing it.

The easiest 45-50 arc for getting the badges is the Rescue Arnold Decker arc. It is 2 rescues, 1 talkie, and 1 stealth.

If one of your powers is a toggle then the bonus will only be active if your toggle is on. Make sure it is turned on and then check the numbers again. If it is still not there than someone else with more knowledge than me will have to answer.

If there is a large number of players in the RWZ then you should see quite a few around the SE portion of the map as well.

Croatoa has some of my favorite story arcs in the game. It is also a zone with a great atmosphere.

You would still need the minimum number of people to start the TF, but then have all but one quit (so there are two left). The other person would need to log out but not quit. You have to have the minimum 2 people so the TF does not disband. You would then be able to solo the TF. However, one of the recent patches made TFs ignore the difficulty settings as people were getting Mo badges on -1 with no AVs and it was felt this was cheating the system a bit.

I forget where the post is (to lazy to look right now), but one of the rednames mentioned an article in the Paragon Times on the anniversary.
