  1. Hello COH peeps, I don't have alot of money, but I got lucky and sold some recipes that I had, then bought the Scrappers stike with the extra $$$. I plan to do 50/50 solo/team. The powers are not in the order i'll take them but are the ones I think i want. Spring attack is a themeatic power, (so I know i could of went with something differnt...I.E manuvers). Did i overslot anything say, procs in tough, NRG protection, physical perfection? Here's the build, thanks in advance.

    Triumph server

    Is the triumph server not accessable? I launch and the logon, but after that it says to retry or their is something wrong with my connectivity. I tried last yesterday but it was doen, adn I tried this tonight and still nada.
  3. Thanks for the input, I was thinkging that I was going to need to DEF for me, so i tried squezzing more into those areas as needed. Range def, but from what your saying its for me AND my minions. DIdn't know that. Thanks for the tip. Gives me a new perspective for my minons. But couple of questions, I did take Manuvers and Tatics, so what should i grab with teh extra 3 slots from fihgting pool? I was looking to grab Chill Mastery mainly for Hibernate and giving me a last dithch effort of a OH-S*** button.LOL. So, more recharge then def is what it looks like your saying. Again thanks for the input.
  4. What do the experts think of this build. I mainly team. I have an Ice/Storm i love rolling with, and decided to roll a Thugs. Is thier a better..LOL... secondary that would blend with thugs? Like I said, I thought to get your input. I think I have recharge and def ok, without getting to crazy with LOTG's and prices these days. Thanks in advance.

  5. O, I didn't know how the the fitness inherent powers were. Thought u wouldn't have to slot em. So I'll correct it. My to KB mag is up 12. I grabbed and 3 slotted BOTZ because i wanted the AOE def. Can i drop practiced brawler then?I thought practiced brawler worked a little different, if so I'll free up the kb IO's slots for health and endo then. I didn't want the kb attack powers in the MA set because I like to be in the fight and hate when I got to run after baddies. Wat is ur attack chain recommendation?
  6. Here is my MA/SR im bringing out of retirement (chuck Lidell is a god) due to fitness going inherent. I grabbed Aid Self due to the fact if I do get hit i want to have some means to survive. I have come up with this, what do you think? This is mainly for PVE, with a an ocassioanl PVP with friends. O, how would this do on the TF's?. Statesmen, posi and pratoriean ?

    Mostly range, but the baddies that I dont kill and do get up close, id like to be able to deal with them. I, was trying to go for a balanced DEF alltogether. The Epic set can be which ever gians the most benifit. Meaning if Epic powers were not available, what set grants the most benifits. I plan to run TF's so not always running at 50. Also No PVP. Hope that helps.

    I have a tank in retirement, but wanted you guys/gals to weigh in on her. I have a hard time trying to soft cap her RES and her DEf is difficult for me to boost up. I like teams which isnt a real problem, it's when i try and solo her. Here is what i have. I did this from recollection it may be a tad off but not much. Without getting the PVP reicpes (too exspensive for me) what do you suggest? Should i grab the fire epic pool adn build for destruction or leave in retirement? Now you can laugh...

    Hey their gang, I have 3 lvl 50 toons that I have on the shelf. Recently my younger brother got me playing around with PVP. i wouldn't mind re-rolling one, If I made one a very good PVP build. The toons are, 1)Fire/SS-tank 2)Fire/Psy-dom 3)MA/SR-scrapper. I know for PVP, I should go for HP-KB-DAM-RCH, not nescicarily in that order but to strive for those areas. I was kind of leaning toward MA, but what do you think? I read some previuos links and MA/Regen is prefered, so will this toon work above avarage. If these toons don't work, im gonna roll a mind/fire like every else says.LOL. O, thses would b for duel, arena and RV. (I dont plan on getting IO's higher then purples, btw). Thanks in advance

I, like the rest of society recently rolled a DS when I17 hit, and me being new to the masterminds set was wondering, how or if i can make a bind to change my pets default attack mode from their default attack once summoned to "aagressive + attack my target" ?   15. My borther wanted me to help him out with biulding up a toon, since he has a MAC, he cant use mids. So I am turning to you good folks to see how survivable this toon stacks up. The toon will be mainly for teams. He likes the sonic primaries and settled on NRG for the secondary, after he read the fun play style in the forums. I hit the softcap for range def i belive. I added more damage damage buffs via recipes. The order of powers arent in any set order, I just wanted to see what it would turn out to be like. Any in put would be welcomed. THanks gang. :P

    New to Dual Pistols and electric AT's, but i like the animation of DP and decided to role one, along with everyone eles.I like the AT, but I don't know how to slot the powers. Been gone for about a year and came back this weekend for the event. Here is what I have so far. I like proc's but not quite sure if I overkilled it in the slots. This is a relativley cheap build, except for teh posi's and numina's. I was mainly going for damage buff and not run out of endo.   19. I have not played in about 9mos, and started back up last night. So, I might be a littel out of touch, but I noticed you didn't have a travel power and you mele def, was over the soft cap.(I think i saw it at 51.7) to level enemies. I'm at work on my lunch break, when i ran into your guide. If you took the last slot of foucused fighting and the second slot off weave that would give you 2 extra slots and U still would be at above soft cap on mele. You could then add those slots to what ever youd like, (I.E proc, in one of your 5 slotted attack powers.) I have to get back to work so I hope this help, again I've havent palyed in 9 months, so i am a tad rusty.

  21. I have made several toons, but not a scrapper and not quiet sure on DEF caps. Tanks are 90 but, i'm a retard with scrappers.I don't know. So, that is my main question. Do i have enough DEF yet. As for the powers taken, Is cobra strike underslotted? And is stealth a waste. I took stealth because it gives better DEF then manuevers and it would be cool to "stealth" a baddie. I love the MA style as my toon's concept, while SR has low end costs. I want to keep the bulk of my powers i have. (unless i made a blunder in choices.) I didn't take elude because I hate not have endurance or being in the fight. I was thinking of dropping cobra strike and stealth for manuever and assult for the extra damage. I would lose a tad DEF but would it be ok? I don't mind not having hasten....Feel free to rip my build apart, I love different thought process and input. THANKS IN ADVANCE...   22. Thanks soo much for teh advice, i ran it thru mids, and if i move things around , i dont need tough and I can beef up my aoe def.   23. I planning on rolling a MA toon, just can't decide between SR or WP. Trying to stick with a "karate kid" type theme. I like the defense idea of SR, but is it ture to build IO's to protect against PSI damage. WP has that part covered and that is were im stuck. Can I get some help please. ..I think im leaning a lil more towards MA/SR unless i'm wrong...heres a sample of what i had in mind..
