Mrtial Arts and SR or WP
You'll only face Psy attacking based mobs seldomly.
Just go with /SR, since it's easier to soft cap at lower cost.
Your build seemed decent, but I'd rather have more Ranged/AoE defense, giving up a bit of your Melee defense, if I were you.
I have no experience with either MA or SR, but I'll give you a few pointers from what I see. You are quite a bit over the melee defense cap, and under your ranged and AOE defenses. You can replace a couple of those Touch of Death sets with Mako's Bite sets to drop some melee def and pick up range def. You also can drop the Obliteration set on Dragon's Tail and put in Scirroco's Dervish for some AOE defense.
Aid Self seems a little over-slotted, as do Focused Fighting/Senses. You might consider dropping Conserve Power, Assault, and Tactics, and picking up Brawl/Tough/Weave, and shifting some slots around so you're not over softcap.
I haven't checked it out on Mids myself though, so you might not even need Weave. Go ahead and play with it for a bit, see what you can come up with.

Thanks soo much for teh advice, i ran it thru mids, and if i move things around , i dont need tough and I can beef up my aoe def. I do however lose a lil on regen but no to the point were i will need to depend on it. Thanks. I hit 27 levels today with my bros help....50 here i come....CHARGING!
I planning on rolling a MA toon, just can't decide between SR or WP. Trying to stick with a "karate kid" type theme. I like the defense idea of SR, but is it ture to build IO's to protect against PSI damage. WP has that part covered and that is were im stuck. Can I get some help please. ..I think im leaning a lil more towards MA/SR unless i'm wrong...heres a sample of what i had in mind..
