I suppose that something didn't work in the export from the builder (1st time I used this particular builder) since I would never place 4 slots of the same type; I know they're just useless! I didnt' notice that the export was screwed up on the side of slots (I am sure I also placed a third recharge on fulcrum, for instance, but it's not reported here), thanks for pointing it out
Thanks for all the feedback anyway, some of the choices you don't get are just related to character-conception (like the choice of Phase Shift) since I'd rather have a true to concept character than a perfect one.
Anyone else got more ideas on this?

Thanks a lot for your feedback! I was unsure about Integration and Acrobatics, since some say the latest is better, but I'd rather give credit to the forum people
, so I will skip Acro and take Int.
The Medicine Pool I need for RP reasons, the character is a surgeon so it makes sense that he has the pool. But I could maybe take Aid Other and Stimulant, taking out, from philospher's proposal, Challenge (redundant with the fear pool) and Hasten (too much out of character).

Some powers are there mainly for character-conception reasons, more than for actual game reasons; I'd rather have a concept-true character than a perfect killing machine lacking a "soul", if you know what I mean. However, I'm sure you can help me to improve the build game-wise, too, so I'm anxious to hear all of your feedbacks and suggestions.

Thanks a lot for all your feedback; I never took infection before because I thought two debuffs would be a real pain for endurance, but I can finally take stamina now, so I will be able to be more efficient with both the toggle debuffs. And from what I read I definetely underestimated it, because it intertwines its effects with those of Enervating Field more than simply adding to it like thought. Therefore I'll surely take it when I respec.
Concerning Grant Invisibility, it's great for ghosting missions with the team and fits the character, so I think I will keep it

Radiant Aura I need well slotted since I use this character basically only for team play, however which slot you think could wait till later?
For the same reason I will keep mutation, but you're making me reconsider the double slotting. Makes sense to put in just one recharge reduction.
If I don't take X-Ray beam anymore, what should I be getting instead in your opinion?

Rad/Rad is not so good on soloing imho, you don't do much damage, your debuffs on cost you way too much endurance to let you use many attacks and plus you have only one self heal, which is not that efficient.
With my Kin/Sonic, I can solo a lot better... It's not perfect, but it can be done. My build is not exactly done for soloing, but I feel that changin some slots it could work better. -

Burning Fist post is awesome. I enjoy building the base of one of my SGs - The Eclipse of Evil - piece by piece, but I feel the lack of the exact same things that he pointed out as missing.
Moreover, upgrade plots cost way too much in prestige. I know that it's meant to make people expand the SGs and play, play, play, but the smallest plot is just too small for what it costs - or the bigger ones are too expensive.
My SG is made by people who enjoy the game very much, but we cannot spend all our time in playing COH. We are not students with a lot of time to spend home, we are all working and we cannot give up social life completely just to be able to build a bigger base.
Just my two cents. -
I have two female characters, one I created with my girlfriend to let her "play" with the editor of the game, and the other one I made to fit a "teenager archer from Ireland" concept which in my mind sounded a lot more interesting as a girl.
However, I haven't used these characters that much; I have to identify with my characters to develop a real attachment to them, and that's just impossible for me to identify in a female. So it's maily for RP reasons that I tend to stick to male characters all the times.
Got no problem with everyone who plays opposite sex chars, though, that would just be plain stupid: it's a game we're talking about, if someone likes to play opposite sex chars better, and have more fun that way, who am I to argue?
However, I find it very funny that sometimes you can spot immediately if a female char is a used by a male just by looking at the costume... No woman would have such a bad taste for clothings as some female characters in the game have! -
Very nice and interesting to hear. And I see I'm not alone, and someone is even more "extremist" than I am in the effort to stay in concept with every new power.

I was wondering if I am the only one who values more, in a power or power pool, the fact of being "in character" than the actual effectiveness of the power itself in game terms.
Of course if I can choose between two powers equally nice for the kind of character I'm playing with I will try to choose the one most useful in battle, but the first and most important thing I ask myself is always: is this a power that fits the character? Meaning I will not place a pool like presence on my teenager speedster and I will most likely choose superleap above flight for a natural human character...
Come on, I know I'm not the only one, I just wanna hear the voices of others who share my passion for creating "comic book-credible classic" superheroes

Thanks to all! In the end I respec'd out both repel and whirlwind for the moment, and still aim not to slot stamina if I can... I'll see how it goes with slotted endurance red. on leadership powers and well slotted transference.

I feel very comfortable with my build that includes Superspeed + Inertial Reduction. It takes me everywhere fast and stealthy.

Actually, with Inertial Reduction it's like having superleap all the time, so I don't think I need hurdle. So what concerns me is if I should take health and stamina or not. If I get rid of both whirwind and repel, though, I would get rid of the powers which are actually making me consider the chance of taking stamina!
Any other opinions?

I still have that respec from issue 7 for my main character, Blue Rush.
I'd like to know:
1) if you think I should respec out the Whirlwind from the superspeed pool, since I already have Repel from the Kinetics power set.
2) if you think that I'd need to get the fitness pool now. I made it until lvl 30 with no problems and I have fairly well enhanced Transference and Transfusion powers. Do you think I can go on like this for the last 20 levels, considering that I've opened the leadership pool, or do you think I should take fitness anyway?

Wow. Sounds very cool. Thanks to all for answering, I've chosen sonic attacks in the first place for character consistency (a speedster making sonic booms) and it seems it was a good choice also game-wise. Cheers!

I have given my two robots (hey, I'm only level 6!) two different names - Plato and Aristoteles - but the next time I called them they were both named Plato. I changed the second one again and the next time they were both called Aristoteles! How do I get them to always have those two specific and different names every time I call them?
