My best RP moment actually came from a Forum RPG based on the police officers holding out against the zombie hordes in the Raccoon Police Department from Resident Evil 2, with the premise evntually going on to become a playable Mod for Half-Life (which I textured for )

Best CoH RP moment, as everyone knows by now, is the Catch saga, along with shooting Alex Reed in the leg.

I think the main grief people have is that we're role-playing *despite* the game mechanics, not because of them. Obviously, we want some sort of RP-friendly content, the sooner the better, then we'll be out of your way PvP wise.

Well, I can't complain about something I've never tried before. According to a friend of mine, it's not "all seafood", which is good for me, as that always seems to do my stomach in, no matter how nice it tastes

Rock_Eagle, I understand your point of view. It's a PvP zone, the clue is in the name. However, Role-Players are not trying to change everybody else's way of playing.

They have asked, and continue to ask for somewhere to Role-Play properly, precisely for the point that they don't want to have to be in the situation of being in a PvP zone, and causing 'normal' players the hassle you're being caused, or to have hassle situations cast unto themselves.

My thoughts as well really. Sure, it'd be *nice* to have a full base within a couple of weeks, but you just have to be patient really. It's not the end of the world to not have a base yet.

Even I didn't know that. A most interesting development, but shhh, it's probably against 'The Vision'.

All I can say is, I want that Satellite Beam, although the Taunt immunity seems a bit over-long, as well as the recharge time, as it's *effectively* like a Blaster Nova-type power.

As people have probably noticed by now, Coalitioned SG's can in fact enter each other's bases, which relieves some of the obvious strain required in suiting a base to everyone's needs.

Of course, the funding of separate bases is still an issue...
