Most memorable/strange roleplay moment ever

Okay, so I am bored so early in the morning at work, sue me.

As the title suggests; Your most memorable/strange/silly/ awkward roleplay moments ever.

Ofcourse, it'd be a bit hypocritical if I didn't start off first. So, here goes. (I have many, hard to pick one. I might drop more of them throughout the day if I continue to be bored.)

NwN, a server called Tharcion.
My character first encountered one of the town's leading councilmen, Shyron Thardik. He was a mage and liked to play tricks on people. My character a 600-odd year old vampire.
She was reading a book in a local establishement when she felt something pinch her bum. She jumped up and turned, only to find no one there. When she turned back, about to sit back down, Shyron had materialised, sitting across from her, aiming to look like innocence itself as he commented nonchelantly on how the bugs bit this time of year.

And the rest, as they say, is history...

Um, I'll have to think about this. Most surreal RP experience: the interaction between Jessica Kade and her mother Anna (or almost any other conversation between Jessica and one of my characters).

Jess and Anna are now down to a finely tuned weirdness machine. In Anna mode, I can now predict what weird stunt Zortel is going to have Jessica pull under any given circumstances. The most famous example being the napkin eating period and the time Anna reached out to stop Jess saying something, perfectly timed with Jess opening her mouth to speak.

Doesn't entirely make sense written down, you probably have to be there when it happens. And if you don't mind losing some of your sanity, a conversation with Jessica is always fun.

Having the Ghost of an Olympic Athlete in fits of tears because someone had convinced him that he had 11 fingers and he just couldn't work out how...
(1,2,3,4,5. 10,9,8,7,6. 6+5=11)

Oh and the infamous Ratcatcher sketch that I'm known for..

Background : D&D Game. Aeron is a Elf MU/Thief with hideous dexterity, a lazy attitude and a rat familiar. Being run by Iain. M is Me

I : O.k., anyone want to do anything before we leave?
M : Just one, any jewellery merchants nearby?
I : Uhm yeah, there's one across the river.
M : Ok, I nip in. Anyone else in there?
I : Just the shopkeeper, looking rather bored.
M : O.K. (Adopts Aeron's Voice) "Evening Sir! Rat Inspector."
I : (Adopts Shopkeepers Voice) I'm sorry?
A : Rat inspector sir. I'm here to check for rats.
S : Uhm, this is a jewellery merchants, sir.
A : I know that sir, and I have to check for rats.
S : We don't have any rats in here.... this is a jewellers.
A: Are you sure sir? (flashes blank parchment) Would you mind if I take a look?
S : Yes I would. Get out!!
A : Attempting to block an officer of the.*thinks*....state are we sir?
S : No, I'm just trying to get rid of a fool.
A : (desperation kicks in) Look, there's a rat there!
S : What? The one on your shoulder?
A : Precisely sir, this warns me of rats and can sniff them out.
S : Look are you going to buy something or do I have to call the guards?
A : I wouldn't call the guards sir. They might find out you have less rats than are prescribed by Law.
S: WHAT???
A : Well sir, only high rent establishments can have no rats. You'd be putting yourself out of business. Perhaps I could sneak some rats in for you?
S : [Descends into rather unmerchantlike language]

Scene I most needed mind-bleach for:

Playing Alex Reed's father. An unpleasant, bigotted, total and utter... actually, words fail me. The only thing I got out of it was realising I didn't actually possess the vocabulary to really do justice to this creep, a fact I'm rather proud of.

Oh, and there was that sense of closure when I got him mugged afterwards.

Scene I most needed mind-bleach for would be censored on this forum immediately

And then they'd ban me

My most memorable RP moments were in COH, and I can't tell you without getting myself banned!

Though I'll have trouble forgetting the "Kiyarii's soul is trapped in a ghost bus for eternity' bit from the other day for a wee while...

Oh last night... All those kids zooming around GG and some of the comments... Be awhile before I forget them... Traumatised the hell out of poor Miss Ellie!!!

Oh wait... nevermind that.

Most memorable... hmm, there's too many to remember!

I think the dinner scenes are always the most memorable for me. Forget being a hero, risking everything, just a group of good friends enjoying good food in a homely atmosphere. Another would be when Alex Reed's parents came to visit.

Jess... well, Jess is memorable and strange. Every day is an adventure for her, always finding something new to marvel at, things to try and understand, and just the way she lives and acts so happily. She'll speak to nearly anything, and normally has a surprise in her pocket or cookies to hand out.

Another one would be Anna Marsden and Synaesthetix, as well as Hannah and Syn, just the older brother/younger sister-esque chemistry they have going.

The first one that really got me into RP was when a young, blue haired mutant popped up at the statue in March and started to talk to people.

My best RP moment actually came from a Forum RPG based on the police officers holding out against the zombie hordes in the Raccoon Police Department from Resident Evil 2, with the premise evntually going on to become a playable Mod for Half-Life (which I textured for )

Best CoH RP moment, as everyone knows by now, is the Catch saga, along with shooting Alex Reed in the leg.

Most memorable CoH roleplay moment... Hmmm... That's a difficult one. I have had the pleasure of playing with some remarkable roleplayers, some of whom have moved me to tears behind my pc, most of them have caused me to have stomach ache from laughing too much.

I'll have to think this one over...

The development of the relationship between Syn and Anna/Hannah have my vote for most memorable RP moments I engaged in in CoH... even though the entire Anna 'arc' developed out of what initially looked like a flawed RP session, and developed though a storyline that involved few (and was at times handled a little clumsily on my part) it culminated in a fantastic impromptu finale between Syn, Anna, and Emma - possibly the finest example of true freeform RP I've ever been involved in, in truth: emotional without being angsty; deep without being overcomplicated.

My only regrets are that it kinda killed off attending GG meets for me - for various reasons, I just couldn't get back into them afterwards; I also regret opening up the Pandora's box of dimension-jumping, which became so prevalent immediately afterwards it seemed like everyone and their dog were going to bring back an alter-ego.
